Super easy to order and I ordered next day, so very quick delivery even though it was over the easter bank holiday. Had an issue which was rectified quickly and satisfactory. Only 4 stars because during the ordering process, you can choose to have a coloured frame around the picture, and the green pictured was a lime green, which was the exact same colour of my pets collar (sadly deceased and the reason for the picture) and I thought it would be a lovely added extra. Shame was, the green that was printed around the edge was a darker green and nowhere near the lime green shown. Apart from that, a decent service

Terrible experience. Paid £9.99 for express delivery and took a week to get it by post. Didn’t need or want them anymore. A little too late!

Experience was great I made a mistake on my address and it was sent out to wrong address. I emailed them offering to pay postage if they could return to me at proper address. They sent them back to me at no extra cost.

I ordered 50 2”x2” photos of my Nan for her funeral service favours. They arrived very quickly and I was so impressed with them.

I ordered a photo print and paid a significant premium for next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the print arrived on time but was badly damaged and unusable. While I appreciate that they sent a replacement which arrived the following day, the fact remains that I did not have a usable product by the "Next Day" deadline I paid for.

I reached out to request a refund for the shipping cost, as the premium service I paid for wasn't successfully fulfilled. However, I haven't received a reply from them yet.

Ordered some small photos as other places didn't have the size. This was my first time ordering from yourpix and it was amazing! I ordered them late one evening, they were dispatched the following morning and I received them the next day which was even a Saturday! Less than 48 hours to get my order was phenomenal service! The pictures can out exactly how I had wanted them to. Will definitely be using yourpix again!
