Great pot, lovely scent, good customer service. Problem - tunnelling candles. I received starter set and candle tunnelled badly. Pott sent a replacement for free which I lit today. Same experience - massive tunnelling on first burn despite following all guidance. At nearly £30 a candle, I’d expect better and now I’m disappointed that the refill principle isn’t going to work for me as I am apprehensive about purchasing more only to have them tunnel.

I’ve been using Pott Candles for some time now, and they have truly transformed my space. The handcrafted ceramic pots are not only aesthetically pleasing but also sustainable, as they are designed for easy refilling. The refill process takes around 2 minutes and is quite therapeutic, especially before the start of a busy week. 

The scents are exquisite and fill the room without being overpowering. Each candle burns evenly and lasts for an impressive duration. Knowing that I can simply refill the pot with a new scent makes this both an eco-friendly and cost-effective choice. I highly recommend Pott Candles to anyone seeking quality, sustainability, and elegance in their home fragrance options.

I've been lusting after Pott Candles for a while, having seen and followed the brand on Insta for a while!
I bit the bullet when I saw the starter offer and decided to take the plunge. My 1st choice wasn't available so I ordered an alternative- the Forest Green Pott and Match Pott set, this arrived in reasonable time, was extremely well packaged. They were unpacked and set up within minutes and the Wood scent is amazing.

Quick delivery after ordering meant I was restocked with lovely scented candles to help me unwind at the weekend!

I have lingered as a potential customer for a while now and as someone who is obsessed with scents and candles, I have owned my fair share of expensive candles. Which often end up as a decorative item as they are too pricey to burn so freely.

I finally caved when Pott had their Christmas mystery box for sale and my goodness I was hooked. The scents are so strong yet subtle. They are delicate but powerful. They smell luxurious and yet won’t completely break your bank.

I originally bought as a gift for a friend but immediately decided to treat myself to a subscription. I made a mistake with part of my order and messaged customer service who were incredibly helpful which just makes me like this company more!

I have had multiple people make comments about the scent when they come over and the candle is lit. Which now with the subscription feels like my own little monthly present!
The pots themselves are cute too.

I ordered the limited edition Wood and Oud candle refills just 2 hours after they went live on the website as a gift for my partner, who introduced me to Pott and loves how sustainable Pott are. However, the Oud refill did not arrive and after enquiring, I was informed that it had unfortunately ran out of stock. I was really disappointed as I missed out on the limited edition candles which I wouldn't be able to order again despite ordering so soon after they went live, and was offered the choice of a replacement from the regular candle scents which I did. About a week later, an unexpected delivery arrived and inside was an Oud refill! It was such a surprise and I was so thankful - as it was the scent I was most excited about. It was really nice that they remembered my request and thought to send it, even though they didn't have to!

I have since lit my Fig candle refill and it smells gorgeous, the scent fills the downstairs and it's not too overpowering - love it!

I have also used the Candle Care Kit which is great - simple and fit for use.

Amazing gifts for my fabulous sisters. They were so heavenly with their little matching match potts(!) that I have also ordered for myself as well because I couldn't bear to gift to others what I actually wanted myself too. Fig and Orangerie are my absolute favourites and the Noel scent at Christmas made my festive season. I will be a repeat customer again and again!

i buy these as gifts all the time! Easy, beautiful and my friend’s have all said how much they love them! I love how I can just purchase with a click of a button and it’s sent directly to my friend’s home as a gift.

I bought a Pott candle & matchpot for my girlfriend, she absolutely loved them. The candle smells really good (Fig), and the matchpot with the striker underneath is a great idea. Will be ordering a refill for next present. Delivery and communication was great as well!

Ordered the Tonka candle and can honestly say the scent is amazing. Love the concept. Super quick too, arrived next day! Will be buying again!

Absolutely love Pott - the candles smell delicious and the pot(t)s are beautifully made. I cannot tell you how many glass pots I’ve thrown out over the years from spent candles and always feel a bit guilty about it…finally a more sustainable way to indulge my candle addiction - hooray! Lovely as a present too. Tonka for the win!

I have ordered multiple times from Pott candles over the last few years, every time the service and delivery have been spot on, everything is packaged so nicely, sustainable packaging but still sturdy and keeps everything from being damaged. The design of each collection is so beautiful (hence my multiple orders!). Each one unique and handmade. All the scents are really gorgeous and each one so different, but my favourite scents are Tonka and Orangery. They last ages and are subtle but still strong enough to scent a room. Pott candles are my go-to present for friends & family. Well done for an amazing product!

I've ordered lots from Pott and am always delighted by the quality of the products - this delivery did not disappoint! Arrived really quickly and I could smell the scent before opening the box. This one was a gift - the recipient loved it

I can honestly say that this has been my worse online purchase experience to date.
Approx 6 weeks ago I placed 2 orders about 4 days apart.
Since then I have received an incorrect item, ( small candle sent large one ordered), a smashed pot ( all packing was in tact), and some items were missing.
I have had to constantly chase the company every step of the way. They promised to post out a replacement plus an apology refill for their poor service .. but these were never sent out.
I ended up returning the few bits I did receive. Again I had to constantly chase for the refund.
In principle the idea of a refillable candle pot is a good idea, but completely let down by poor execution .. slow communication and awful service.
If you promise to do something then DO IT, I wasted hours of time trying to get my issues sorted.
I would not recommend dealing direct with this company as they so slow to react and do not keep their promise.
I can't comment on the product as I never did get what I ordered.

I’ve placed half a dozen orders in the last few years and only persisted because my wife loves the candles but have yet to have an order that’s been fulfilled from stock so not had to wait weeks for new stock or sent to correctly completed address.
This time was the last straw. I was told parcel force left a card for a collection but also parcel force couldn’t identify my address because my house name was added after the road name on the label. So how could they leave a card if they couldn’t identify the address?
Potts sent a replacement by DPD but this time only put my name and postcode only, so no house name and no road name !
The match pott was sent separately by parcel force again but no email tracking sent and again mislabelling meant it didn’t arrive and no card to allow collection.
I was told a new head of operations had been appointed because they realised the logistics wasn’t good enough but if anything it’s got worse.
I have since ordered a refill with John Lewis it arrived the next day yet I still haven’t received the match pott I ordered nearly a month ago!
