Very happy
Candles are my absolute guilty please
I've always tried to buy candles in pots so they have a second use.
I love the fragrance and so far they seem to burn evenly.
I'm going to do the subscription, I just wish it was slightly more affordable, with discounts for multiple purchases

I was so fed up of throwing away glass containers once the candle had finished. Thank goodness Pott Candles have come to the rescue!
Not only have they saved the waste problem but smell divine too!
The candle pott and matching matches pott are a beautiful addition to my living room.

Excellent customer service. The ceramic candle pott was unfortunately broken on delivery. However, Pott replaced it immediately including the actual candle. I was really impressed with how professional they were making customer experience a priority

I got your starter kit with fig being the first candle used.
The fragrance is fantastic.
Will definitely purchase more.
Only downside is that whilst the clay pot is lovely it could be easy to forget candle is lit and not blow it out.

Can't believe I received the order the next day. The most fantastic product, I adore it, smells amazing and the matches are great, wish I'd got a different colour pot but still love it ( white)

Detailed information about fragrances
Always a prompt response, information on IG is great too about the candles and good accurate description of all the different fragrances. I’ve so far purchased Fig, Eden, Orangery, Holly, Lavender, Herb and Greenhouse. All are gorgeous but favourites now are Greenhouse and Herb which arrived very promptly today. I’m hooked on them and all and the Potts themselves are beautifully made and perfect that you can refill them all. Oh, the match Potts are also very cute.

The best customer care
The customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced! My pot arrived broken sadly so I messaged immediately and they got back to me straight away full of apologies and with in a couple of days I had a brand new one. I love the set so much and the candle makes my little flat smell lovely. Such a perfect gift or something nice for yourself.

Only using Pott Candles from now on!
It feels so much better to refill than buy new so we’ve replaced all our old candles with Pott’s. The orders always arrive very promptly and are really well packaged. The pots themselves are gorgeous plus the scent we’ve settled on (Orangey) just ‘feels’ right in our house. The whole house smells SO nice!

Such beautiful pots, and such lovely scents! The candles burn nicely, are really long lasting, and there is a good collection of scents without being overwhelming. Love the seasonal scents too! Had a quick question and the customer service team responded quickly and helpfully.

I am very pleased with the customer service I’ve received. I ordered the starter set but unfortunately the pot was broken when it arrived. I contacted customer services and they responded very swiftly, sent me a replacement which arrived safely and very quickly.

I love Pott candles
I love Pott candles, and have been buying them since 2023 and watched them grow but they still look after their loyal customers. Any problems are sorted quickly and I think the qtrly subscription is a great idea as I won't miss out on the seasonal scents. All my family get Pott as gifts so it is lucky they smell fantastic and look so pretty.

Amazing idea and really well executed
Amazing idea and really well executed. The Potts are really cute and come in lots of colours (I'm a sucker for a limited edition). The candles kick out way more scent than my super expensive ones and smell really luxurious. Customer service is always great and I won't buy a candle from anywhere else now!
