I was initially taken to this site as it had a very good price when compared in a Google search. Once I placed my order the feedback was excellent and the delivery was quick and hassle free. Highly recommend this company.

Good product, great value and god service. Bit of a delay with delivery

communication abysmal , tried contacting after order ,all emails ignored and telephone not possible,

Placed an order on June 18th, for a Kent and Stowe Capability spade, paying the extra for express delivery. Now, on June 23rd, I still do not have my order, despite literally living within a mile of the warehouse.

Unfortunately, they no longer allow you to collect your order, unlike back when there was a trade counter.

Since that shut, the service has declined markedly.

Email goes without a response. The phoneline, despite working well enough to provide a message, tells you that there is no working phoneline and to email any queries - not much good when they go unanswered. I had planned to order quite a lot more stuff, but based on this latest transaction, I'm having second thoughts.

A shame, as I like to try to support local businesses.

I placed an order on a Sunday hoping it would be dispatched on monday. I needed it urgently. Not a large item but still £6 for express delivery on a CD sized item.
I emailed several times. No reply. Then finally after a week I received a notification that it was dispatched. So it was dispatched on a Monday and I received it next day. Shame it was a week apart.
Will not buy from them again.
Poor dispatch time, no communication.
I do not recommend.

Tried ordering 3 batteries 6 different times. I would get a email confirming the order and a couple minutes later I would get a cancellation email. I’ve bought a lot of tools from their store's. I have a lot of ryobi tools. My first time trying to order from their website. Crazy I didn’t expect this problem at all. They’re losing a lot of sales with this website.

Ordered items listed as In Stock. After a few days nothing had arrived and the order status had not changed so I contacted the seller, to be told that "They have to be ordered in, and come from the supplier first. What you see is the supplier's live stock. We are currently experiencing a slight delay from our supplier and are awaiting the arrival of the goods.". But nobody told me this, I expected In Stock to mean goods are in stock but obviously this is not the case. A bit disappointing.

Order placed on the 17 June, paid for express delivery £7.95 and the item has still not arrived. I called the number on there website 01903776610 which states that this number is no longer connected to the business. Emailed customer service, zero response. Refund requested, outcome pending. Dont waste your time ordering from this website. Stick with national suppliers ScrewFix, ToolStation.

Ordered on 16th June for 3 small items but still waiting notification of dispatch date!! Emailed 3 times and no reply? Also their phone number is not in use!!! Would think twice about ordering again.

I placed an order on 10th June and paid for express delivery (2-3 working days) and I still haven't received it! It's now been 12 days since placing the order. I have tried to phone 3 times and all you get is a message to say e-mail them with queries, I have e-mailed twice and have had no response!

Absolutely pathetic
Order didn't arrive, surprise-surprise they have no telephone line for customer service and they never answer an email queries.
Be warned

Excellent handling and fast shipping, postage costs are reasonable. Product prices are reasonable too. Excellent service.

Scammers DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY take your money don’t have goods in stock, don’t reply to emails, phone number doesn’t work.

Service extrem slow. Despatched the products 7 day, but my order has not received because the royal mail send back to sender. Absolutely disaster company (and also Royal Mail).

I just ordered some screws, pretty basic commodity and in stock on their website … and essential for my building project so I expected a reasonable 2-4 days delivery. It took nearly two weeks … chased 4 times via email as they provide a phone number which just goes to answer machine and says they don’t man the phones and best way is to send an email as they ‘monitor’ the emails daily … apparently ? Well after 4 emails finally got a response saying my screws were ‘working their way through their warehouse’? No help at all. Was about to got to my credit card provider and log it to get my money back. If you can handle shocking customer service their prices are good but you need to manage your own anxiety levels as you’re on your own!

I still haven’t received my order. Although it showed in stock online I reached out to the company which told me beginning of this week and I’m still waiting…
