There was quite a delay before the wedges arrived, as apparently you did not have them in stock at the time you sold them to me. It is a miracle they arrived at all as the box they were packed in was not really strong enough for such heavy items and had broken on one side.

It seems the company are selling items they don't actually have in stock, but claiming express delivery and charging accordingly. Ordered an "in stock" item on a Tuesday that was listed as deliverable on the Friday, same week... 3+ weeks later and much chasing my item arrives. Customer service is slow to respond and evasive with answers. Phone line goes to a dead answer phone stating it is "not monitored" so email only.

steer well clear. order didnt get despatched for days. when i told them the delivery address would have to change (as the contact was no longer there because of their late despatch) they forced it out anyway - refusing to change the address! disgusting customer service. no working telephone number for support. there are PLENTY more of this type of supplier out there. I strongly suggest you use one of them.

Good prices. Order despatched in 5 days, received in 8 days. Very well packaged. My only minor criticism is that the order confirmation stated "express" delivery was included which is a little misleading. However, I would use them again.

Ordered paint swatches, website said 3 -5 days delivery. Nothing arrived after 5 days so chased it up. Finally got a reply the next day saying some of the items are out of stock, but gave no indication of when they'd be in stock. I replied and asked when they'd be in, no reply. On the following Monday, received a partial refund, no explanation. Also received an email telling me they were looking into when the items would arrive. Still no information on the items they've retained money for and when they'll be despatched or delivered. My first order with this company, and most definitely my last. They're even still advertising the out of stock items for sale! AVOID like the plague if you actually want to get what you've paid for!

Do not use! Paid for express delivery, took them over 8 days to actually pick the order in warehouse. No response to query via email for over a week, phone number is not manned\used.
No goodwill after im out of pocket, even though t and c only states no compensation for courier issues
