slow mailing and order came in 2 deliveries and was not informed of this. The only good bit was the reasonable prices

Extremely slow delivery

Good customer service, good price and neat product.

Never received goods Dx said they would deliver on the 10th I waited in all day but no delivery Dx is a poor service now the 12th and nothing and DX only saying its in their warehouse Very unhappy

Paid for item and express delivery on 27th June citing 1st July delivery, after a week of nothing, two emails asking for order to be cancelled due to saucing part's elsewhere, couple of phone calls to a number that didn't exist I finally got an email back, various reasons were given quickly followed by shipping information and item dispatch, a quick email asking to stop was followed with another email a day later saying sorry can't do this as item has gone out the door and to refuse delivery from my postie which I did, I emailed sales to say item was sent back and PayPal had already given me a refund, the following email stated refund would be processed when item has returned, they clearly don't read emails correctly and they claim 5 star service from trust pilot but a quick Google search provides nothing more than a 3 star at best,
There Facebook page is full of complaints on taking money without shipping, making customers wait long periods of time for items, lesson learnt, do some research before purchasing from this company

Fast and efficient service

Easy to order from with a great range of Swiss Army penknives to choose from at a good price. Despatched in a timely manner & well packaged and a highly recommended retailer.

Not sure why this company is called "direct" as they do not carry stock and have to order your item or items from their supplier. My order took 10 days to arrive. I had placed my order in plenty of time for some time off work but it arrived after I had one back to work. Had I known this I would have ordered my item from another supplier.

Two weeks between order and delivery with no communication between confirmation of order and notification of despatch which was the day before delivery.

It's been over 10 days and my order still hasn't arrived after paying £6.99 for delivery - at that price you expect a 2-3 day turn around minimum.

Also - not great getting an email to rate my experience when I still haven't received my order.

I placed an order for an ‘in stock’ item almost 3 weeks ago. Other than a general order acknowledgment email I received nothing specific (no order number or anything). The item did not show up within the promised 3-5 days. I chased by email (your customer service phone number doesn’t work) and heard nothing back. It was then delivered 3 weeks later out of the blue by which time I had managed to source the item cheaper from elsewhere. I can’t even contact you to return the item. Very poor service.

Great product at good value and delivered with efficiency

Ordered a small watering can, came well packaged, will order another 5 gallon size.

I placed an order on a Sunday, I got confirmation along with the invoice so I thought great I will have my items in a few days as it stated express delivery. I emailed the retailer a week later on Sunday of which I received a reply notifying that the item or items was out of stock. I just find it strange that I was not told on order that they was wanting for stock.
Items was delivered on Monday, email communication was good but I can not see why I was not told about stock availability on placing my order

I ordered an item two weeks before I needed it for a job. I received no emails about dispatch so chased them up to be told they are awaiting stock with no further time frame for delivery so after two weeks ith no follow up I have requested a refund. I would avoid if you need kit in a hurry.

Wasn’t packaged particularly well and obviously chucked around by courier company. Two items damaged. Shame.

Good product at a good price, delivered in good time. Very efficient and easy.
