Power Tools Direct Avis 

Ordered a welder which came as described and was certainly cheaper than anywhere else, down side is it was a day late to arrive , guess if not urgent tools etc worth a look

Well Made and super sonic delivery well pleased.

They offered a cheap product then once all Ordered other stuff they wait till delivery to tell me that product is not in stock and they just gave me a refund

DELIVERY TOOK TOO LONG, SENT SO MANY EMAILS, DID NOT GET ONE EMAIL IN RESPONSE. WHEN THE GOODS FINALLY ARRIVED, THERE WAS 1 ITEM SHORT. AGAIN, SENT AN EMAIL, NO RESPONSE, SO HAD TO GO THROUGH PAYPAL FOR A REFUND. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ALSO, YOU CANT CONTACT THEM BY PHONE !

Superb. A minor manufacturer issue dealt with swiftly and replaced without fuss. Great service, will certainly use again.

Delivered on time, product was exactly as described. Wl use this company again.

I paid for express delivery so it would arrive next day, my parcel arrived 6 days later, customer services are not bothered by this and won't even refund the extra I paid for express delivery. they stopped replying to my emails after the first one.
I won't bother using them again if that's their attitude.

Ordered a pump. It arrived in a timely manner but to the wrong address. There is seemingly no way to contact this company by phone and they did not respond to my mail asking where my parcel had been delivered. Likewise, their chosen courier was less than helpful.

Excellent website easy to order from. Emails of confirmation and delivery. Arrived exactly on time.

Dreadful service that can be described as fiction, and goods never arrived, and then they said the goods were delivered when they were not and when I confirmed I have full digital CCTV, now the supplier Draper was blamed. I demanded my money back from PTD in full and at first they backed away from this saying it was out for delivery - false. I contacted Draper and considering nearly two weeks had passed since I placed the order, they basically didn't really seem to fussed to address the matter with any urgency, and just said they would check and PTD would get back to me. I then demanded the immediate return of my payment, and then a few hours later and after some more chasing, both companies blamed TNT and PTD refunded my money. A total waste of time, and 33 emails later, and I will never ever deal with Power Tools Direct or Draper again. DREADFUL EXPERIENCE.

Terrible experience. I ordered 5x 5 litre Ronseal country oak Fence paint and paid for the delivery. The next day I received an email cancelling my order because they did not have any in stock despite their website showing ``in stock`` ? The following day they updated their website to 10 left ? I tried using the phone number on their website which doesn't work and they don't respond to emails? I am annoyed about their disingenuous claim about lack of stock, if so fix your website! Waste of my time!

I ordered from them as their delivery date was the quickest if I paid extra for express delivery.

They didn’t even ship until after the proposed delivery date causing me issues on site.

I raised this with customer service and was told I should have read the Ts and Cs and that delivery was always estimated. They were that blunt. The express delivery just speeds it up after it has been dispatched. No apology, no offer of part refund even for the delivery portion.

My response was to say that the dismissive response was totally unacceptable and they just ignored me.

Worst customer service I’ve had during an 18 month build process.

Had the exact item I wanted at a good price. Ordering online was easy and the item was delivered quickly.

Listing suggested free postage. In the event I was charged an additional £6.95 handling fee. Cost of item was only £8 - tin of polish. Took 4 days to arrive, in an oversized box stuffed with protective padding. Laughably, the tin was dented on opening!
First and last time I shop here.

I can only imagine Power Tools Direct are pretty decent as the website looks great and pricing is keen.
Unfortunately, their courier of choice DX has delivered our order but……not to our address.
Reached out to Power Tools Direct and politely pointed out the parcel is the seller’s responsibility until safely received by the customer but they don’t seem willing to engage.
Power Tools Direct have been paid in full along with the courier but we haven’t received our item because the DX courier inexplicably delivered to another location.

Being a new Customer for the first time and my order had to be amended by yourselves even though the items I wanted were showing plenty of stock. Still had to pay an expensive delivery charge but my original order of 30 items was reduced down to 6 items. Will not buy again from your company.
