Disappointed
Ordered the Equinox Butterfly mkII on Wednesday 24th Sept and it was despatched on 30th Sept and arrived on 1st October. So that is 5 working days, not the 2-3 days stated when placing the order on the Website!
Disappointed with the light overall, the preset programs are poor and I’m unable to program colours that I want to use. The motors are very noisy and annoying!

Delivery was first rejected because of shipping difficulties. The customer service found an alternate method and dealt with it directly rather via email rather than through the website and I received my order.

From recommendation to purchase

I called up with a very hasty order as I had been let down by any other company, the gentleman that answered my call was incredibly helpful, polite and understanding! Original item faulty but replaced with new
Good communications for the delivery of the parcel. Item received was faulty (these things happen - not the fault of Prebeat) so I emailed them to see what could be done. First email wasn't received but a second one resulted in a return being arranged and a replacement item being sent out a couple of days later. All sorted - thank you!
