I will be completely honest! I returned an item in the same condition as it arrived apart from the bag, it was the same bag but had been opened. I received a ‘partial refund’ Why? It cost £4.85 to return the item and with the cost of delivery I lost the best part of £10. I ordered the wrong item (my fault) but with a full refund I intended to order the correct one. I ordered instead from a different company with no delivery charges. I will not recommend Prebeat.

Sold me a b stock speaker £645 (l paid for a new one)then l later spotted them on eBay b- stock £60 cheaper, when questioned, they denied it was b -stock, my box had been opened, broken box, broken packaging, despite sending photos, l even have an email from them saying they opened the box to check the speaker and taped it up, they deny it but it’s on their email, staples had been removed twice, they then blamed Dpd who took it to an house a mile away, took 5 days delivery, the speaker seems fine in all fairness but how l do I know it’s been used/returned, should have sent it back, would have cost £30 + with insurance, they only give 14 days, the others are 30days, they will deny it, this is the last thing l wanted to do but I’m not happy with that firm, lm sticking to the others when l buy again.

Due to a last minute gig booking I needed a case for my new Denon DJ SC Live 4 fast. Prebeat was the only company that had availability for next day delivery. I called sales late in the afternoon doubtful I could get my case fast enough. The guy at Prebeat was brilliant. He sorted my order over the phone, issued an invoice by email in minutes and shipped within 20 minutes using DPD next day with the tracking emailed too. To my surprise the next day courier cost was also included in the case price. The Protekt case I bought was a perfect choice arriving 12.30 pm the following day, and as a profesional full time DJ Prebeat is now one of my top companies to deal with. Many Thanks.
