PremiAir Parking Edinburgh Avis 

No proper Reception for checking in. Park your own car, then what!? I found someone to ask where I get the shuttle bus Bus to Airport & back ok, but apparently the bus serves THREE car parks and no one tells you which is which. So I got off at the wrong car park & couldn’t find car. I wouldn’t go back there!

Turned up to the car park and there was a queue in, an NCP guy who worked at the carparks told us the area was overbooked and FULL!!!! i had to drive off and find alternative parking and almost missed my flight, submitted complaint on 5th and still nothing back , avoid they are a scam.

When we returned to Edinburgh, around 20 of us had to wait for around 30mins for a bus to the carpark. It was -2C and there were some really small children too. When the bus arrived it was absolutely freezing and there was no heating on it. All the windows were steamed up or frozen so we had no idea when to get off as we couldn’t see the stop we were at.

Really gone downhill, cars abandoned on many access roads, massive weeds everywhere, hard to find a space, poor bus service .Absolutely poorly managed and a shambles. Book somewhere else.

Not a great experience at all dropping my car off at Premiair Parking at Edinburgh Airport. Pulling up at the barrier, the display showed the car park was full, which wasn't actually the case (but only established this after backing out and trying their other car park). Automatic number plate recognition did not work - I had provided details at time of booking - so spoke to person on intercom who opened barrier. Car park very full, with rough surface and signage not clear throughout. Pick up bus running far less frequently than advertised 10mins - first bus that came was full and had to wait around 20-25 mins for the next and had to scrabble for a place on that. Other customers had bailed out before it arrived to walk to the airport (0.5 miles along main approach) and others were left behind as they didn't fit on the small bus. Car was fine while we were away, pick up from the airport was quicker and leaving the car park was fairly straightforward (automatic number place recognition did not work on way out either, although barrier opened quickly when pressed intercom). They really need to sort out arrival, signage and ensure the bus runs regularly and has enough space for their customers.

Arrived at 4am 26/4/23 I had booked and paid for a wide space when arrived at barrier “car park full”.
Had to speak to someone over intercom who let us into car park which was NOT full then we waited for 15 mins for transfer bus.
On return bus arrived quickly but when we approached barrier to exit we couldn’t no vehicle recognition system in place.
I had to again contact staff via intercom who raised barrier.
What a disorganised shambles I won’t be parking there again.

Do Not Park Here!!! We made a booking for 03:30 on the 6th March 2023 as we had a flight departure at 06:30. Arrived at barrier where screen greeted me with my name & car registration number, took ticket & screen immediately changed to "Car Park Full" barrier did not rise. Intercom did not work!!!!! Had to wait until the airport bus arrived & driver used his device to open barrier. Very very stressful. Sale when we got back a week later having to go to office to let us out. Complained to NCP who own the car park & who offered no defence or explanation only 10% off next booking!! I will never ever use or rely on this company again & would urge you not to book with them. Uncaring, unprofessional & experience very stressful. Not the start to a holiday you want 🥶

“The bus runs every 10 mins and takes 3 minutes”. No it doesn’t. I waited almost 25 minutes this morning and the bus takes a detour to get other passengers. That’s too unreliable.

Upon exit, the car park was pitch black, the signage is non-existent, and the road markings are faded and ambiguous. Is it too much to ask that you paint ‘exit’ on the ground with an arrow?! The road markings literally send you into multiple dead ends and unnecessary loops.

Booked premiair 2 for wider spaces. Got there - no staff and car park full sign up. No number plate recognition, barrier did not rise on approach as expected despite pre booking. Drove over to Premiair 1 car park to be told to go back and press service button for a ticket and they would raise the barrier…ticket was never needed. No explanation of system in communication from company . No pick up from Premiair 2 had to wheel our cases to Premiair 1 car park for pick up both coming and going. On return bus was rammed and nowhere to put luggage people crammed onto the bus to save waiting another20 minutes in the cold. Luckily it was dry because we would have been soaked as too many people for the shelter…

Came back to my car dented and scratched.

Buses are frequent but the car park was over booked. There was literally 3 spaces when we got there, and only one that we could fit the car into easily. On returning, we drove straight home and once we got out the car we noticed a large dent and scratch. The company Number is out of service and I can't find Any other way to report this.

All aspects of service were excellent. Price , frequency of shuttle , assistance with a lost item.
Entry is confused slightly by obtrusive NCP sign but this is a minor niggle.
Staff are experienced and helpful

Yet another terrible experience. Bus late, then waited 10mims before setting off when second bus arrived. Don't use these cowboys
