Jimmy was excellent and very professional BUT… The venue was awful. It got so uncomfortably hot that the comedian mentioned it several times. Complete lack of bins! I only spotted two in one corner. People just left their trash everywhere, there were zero bins on our side of the room. There was confusion and anxiety at the end, everyone was stood up and they were not letting anyone out. People were getting angry. They finally opened fire escapes on the opposite side of the building. There were no toilets in sight and no access to any!! Getting out of the grass car park was an absolute circus. Cars were everywhere with no order at all, they were not letting anyone exit the car park! We sat there in a mess for 30 minutes whilst they let the 2nd show cars enter the grass area. One exit and we couldn’t even use it. Finally they stopped cars entering and now the battle to exit began. The traffic management was awful. They should have had traffic management at the single exit of the venue onto the main road as the continuous traffic on the road made it difficult to exit. It was almost an hour from the time we left our seats to when we left the car park. Obviously no toilets outside in the field either so you had a sea of people where most of them had not been to the toilet since before show began.

Entry was simple and well organised. Seats had loads of leg room which was a massive bonus. The venue itself though was incredibly hot which did spoil the evening somewhat

Jimmy Carr is unbelievably funny, I was in tears all night and my face hurt from laughing so much! I can't remember that last time I laughed so much and so hard!

Great Act and Great Venue staff are amazing and everything went really well

Unfortunately I was expecting the classical version, so I felt let down. I love classical ballet.

The work that had gone into the costumes. Must have been phenomenal and I do admire that.

The female lead singer was great we didn’t think the male singer was very good

Lead male probably had a good voice but narrowly missed many notes - female hit the notes with a very average voice

Being picked up on the concourse and driven part way to the stadium was great.Friendly staff at the gates and easy access. An easy walk to our seats and great position for the game, right on the halfway line and under cover. Great family atmosphere.

Easy to buy tickets through your company online.

The gig itself was amazing - John Bishop is truly a master of his craft. Where our issues were was with the seats, unless you are a small framed human there is zero space in the seats, any "normal kiwi bloke" struggled in these seats as every single one is so small that you have more shoulder space on a middle seat on a plane... most uncomfortable not for purpose seats i have ever sat in.
Claudlands really need to look at the market they are serving, as the seating provided is horrific. I should not be paying to attend a show to end up sitting at a 45 degree angle to fit.

An enormous amount of preparation and time goes into producing a show of this calibre. We were treated to an outstanding display of talent as well as onstage props. Can't wait to see what is brainstormed for next year!

From the easy choosing of tickets to the colour and joy of the many dancers taking part the experience was wonderful. Being able to choose a suitable seat for my husband who has mobility issues was great. The only negative was the amount of stairs up and down to get to his seat...watched one other client struggle with the same problems. Even coming in the side doors didnt negate all the stairs but overall a wonderful experiencd

Bill Bailey was very entertaining. He encouraged the crowd to be interactive and he is not only a first class comedian but he is also a talented musician and all-round performer
