Premier Mobility Avis 

Called Premier and they were out within an hour or so and fixed the problem in 10 minutes, Jack the repair guy was friendly, polite, and explained what the exact problem, overall excellent to say the least. I VERY rarely leave reviews but good customer service needs to be recognised, Ive had some SHOCKING retail customer service in the past 48hrs trying to spend good money so you notice when its good.

Jake came to swap my very old 15 year stairlift, well past its life span. He was very chatty, friendly, and explained everything to me, how the stairlift worked and checked I could use it properly. He was very thorough with checking everything out. He loved our dog, and was fussing him. Lovely person and a credit to your company. Well done jake.

Very friendly took care whilst doing the job and cleaned fully up after job done and explained how to use stairlift in detail and watched me test it

Jack and karter came to fit my daughters tracking hoist would just like to say how friendly and professional they were . 5 stars is not enough

My experience with premier mobility was when i recuved the call with date lady was polite curtious and a oleasure to talk to ....enginer kieran was 5* introduced his self very polite curtius well mannered took time to explain everything thanked me for letting him do instalation kieran is a massive asset to premier mobility keep up excellent work mrs l mander

The Premier Mobility lift fitters were excellent. Jack and Jenson were so helpful and polite and Jack showed me how to operate the lift which was wonderful. I'm so delighted to have a new lift as I am 87 years old.

Yesterday I had the completion of my lift installation at home. Jack and Jenson were very polite, professional and I am very pleased with the excellent work they carried out and how well they treated my house and myself.

We have had a starlit installed by another company since 2017! At the bottom of the stairs it stops did not park! And able bodied people could not get passed! As we had to send it back upstairs for room to pass! I wanted to remove it and leave it out for scrap!
Then, Super Joe arrives! Within 30 minutes, able bodied people can get
passed with no problem and it charges when at the foot of the stairs!

We had a visit from Joe at Premier Mobility today, he was fitting my ceiling track hoist in my front room.
Joe and his co-worker were very friendly and made sure they respected my property while doing an excellent job.
I would give them five out five for service, highly recommended.
