I had a great experience based on the fact that the course was so straight forward, explanation detailed. Video material excellent.
But the fact that, you don't respond to concern sent to you via email is very discouraging. I have sent you mails on 3 occasions, no single reply. This is not encouraging.

I need to do more. I want to focus on what I know to do rather than what I can produce on an hourly basis because I find that is lacking. So here is an answer I think will work for me.

Excellent 180hr
I am almost finished w/ the 180hr course. I must say I have finished another TEFL course as well as partial Trinity CertTESOL and this course has been the best! Succinct, organized, detail-oriented and lots of help if you need it. The only downside is no teaching hours included. Online teaching hours would be great! All-in-all, for the money, I give it 5 stars.

Review
I really enjoyed the opportunity to listen to the audios, but I wished it were a recording of an actual person reading it, because it feels like the words don't really connect in a natural way.
Also there was some minor pronunciation mistakes, such as the word "read" in the past pronounced as if it was in the present/future in module 1.
But, so far so good, the content is easy to understand and it's interactive, which is a plus.
