I’m a complete novice with how to set up amps and cd players, Zani was so helpful with getting the correct items I needed and even rang me to help set up everything!!! Superb customer service!

Visited the store recently to get advice on buying a low cost headphone. I received excellent service and advice from the staff. I was offered two headphones to test with my MacBook without any rush. Hope to be back to actually buy the one I liked.

Buying decent in ear monitors and a high quality digital audio player was a daunting prospect for me personally, particularly given the financial commitment involved. I'd read many reviews and made several comparisons in order to reach a compromise between cost and specification.

My experience with Premium Sound UK has been exceptional throughout. I initially purchased new IEMs from the company through Ebay and was extremely satisfied with the whole process. Based on this, I was then happy in committing to buy a decent DAP directly from Premium Sound UK. On both occasions, I was treated with professional courtesy and respect. Most importantly, my email queries were responded to very quickly and helpfully. Both of my orders were delivered to my home in a timely manner, being very well packaged and exactly as described.

In addition to all of this, my DAP has been purchased with a five-year warranty provided specifically by Premium Sound UK. This is a warranty, based on other reviews I have read, that would genuinely be honoured where it might be called upon. This assurance alone provided me with the incentive to not consider any other retailer for the purchase of such expensive electronic equipment.

I would sincerely like to say 'thank you' personally to Maks (IEMs) and Zani (DAP) for their promptness in responding to my queries and for never making me feel that I might become a nuisance with too many questions! They also did exactly what they promised and I feel this is never to be taken for granted.

I didn't spend a great deal of money in the grand high end audio spectrum (£1,250) but this is a lot of money to me and I still feel like a valued customer. I am also certain I'd have felt valued and respected if I had spent £50.

I will most definitely be looking to Premium Sound UK for high end audio needs in the future.

Ordered a FiiO btr7 of these people the web site said it was in stock so I placed a order hours later premium sound message me to tell me the item is out of stock why list that’s it’s in stock if it’s out stock on there website that is what’s called miss leading information avoid this place at all costs very poor

Customer service was great and really helpful all the time, the headphone catalogue is vast and diverse, really cozy ambient, would highly recommend to everyone looking to dive deep into the hobbies or looking for top-level gear

I was interested in upgrading my Rega P1 turntable to a more advanced Rega P3 turntable. To hear the quality of the turntable, I was taken into the acoustic room where I heard the Rega P3 turntable with the Nd5 cartridge. Finally, I purchased the Nd5 cartridge. I was impressed by the professional store and Zani's professional experience and patience as he checked out the various options, updated me on the data, and kept in continuous contact with me even after my visit to the store until I made my decision.

Wanted to comment what great advice and service I received from Stas and Fin at Premium Sound in buying a new home system to be used for wireless streaming, home cinema and existing CD player. Went in the end with Dynaudio Focus 50 speakers + sub and it sounds truly fantastic using Apple Music lossless via Air Play. Massive shout out to Fin for going beyond the call of duty in installing and calibrating the Dirac. Fin you are a real credit to Premium Sound. I would highly recommend them to anybody - really nice team.

Excellent service. Bought a FiiO K7 bt headphone amp and DAC. Very easy website to navigate. Simple purchase and shipped quickly. Needed to divert my order as my delivery slot was inconvenient so I asked them to send it to my local Post Office. All done smoothly with great communication . Very impressed. Will buy again. My usual goto hifi retailer did not stock the item I was interested in so after checking out customer reviews of Premium Sound decided to place an order.
After the expected delivery date came and went without notification I contacted them by live chat and received a satisfactory explanation… yes it would be only two days later than expected but keeping customers notified at all times is a factor I deem essential when deciding which company to place an order with if the pricing structures are all the same. If a company goes the extra mile with pricing and service then I’ll be back and be happy to spread the word.
In summary I would be happy to consider using Premium Sound again as their pricing was fair compared to the competition.

So, this was my first time ordering from Premium Sound and it was nothing but a smooth experience, there was a slight issue with the shipping but nothing that caused adverse delays or anything like that, it was just a slight oversight.

The item in question then arrived promptly and was very well packaged, not to mention a fantastic price! All in all, I'll definitely be back in the future for all my audio needs.

The company does what it says & delivered

Bought a turntable online from PS, but had an initial problem with the parcel. Once I rang them Max sorted the problem and upgraded the purchase keeping me informed throughout.
