I am extremely pleased with the service and follow up I received from Lee and the Presley Collectibles team.
While my original shipment got significantly delayed for reasons beyond our control, Lee managed to be closely in contact with me via email, showing genuine concern about my satisfaction as a customer, and looking into what could have generated the shipment delays, even when this was not attributed to their service.
The package ended up making it to its final destination, and thanks to the excellent way in which my order was wrapped, shipped and protected, it arrived to my home in excellent and flawless condition.

An EXTRAORDINARY experience!!! This is the very first time I have ever, EVER been compelled to write a review about anything. There are not enough superlatives to describe the outstanding personal customer service that Lee provided!!
I hail from Florida, USA. This was my first time purchasing a piece of significant monetary and sentimental value. Lee walked me through each step of the process even including what to expect when dealing with the conversion of pounds to dollars from my bank.
The purchase was a gift, which I wanted to personalize. Lee literally treated me like family in our honest discussions. He was able to allay all concerns and gain my trust with every communication. He understood what the gift meant to me and how I wanted it to be received. Lee included, along with the gift sent directly to my friend, a most eloquent and lovely letter describing the purchase and the thoughtful way in which we worked together to make it special. My friend was so surprised, and I was so surprised. I never asked Lee to do that yet his remarkable ability to understand me as a person and not just another "customer" was profound.
I find myself astounded how much Presley Collectibles and this single caring individual made an impact on me. You simply do not find people like that anymore...at least not here. :)
