Prestat Avis 

I'm grateful to Prestat for reminding me to leave this review. Sadly the Easter Egg was pretty awful. Really poor quality chocolate, tasted sour and a bit odd. No hint of any hazelnut (Piemontese or otherwise) in the chocolate, and the included truffles (which did allegedly contain some hazlenut) were a bit greasy and again just odd - nothing like the quality of truffles you get from Charbonnel, for example.
Also, the Easter Egg was embarrassingly small, as well as of poor quality. You'd expect more for the price, but equally I'd have happily have paid more for something a bit nicer.
Inexplicably, they included in the delivery two bars of "Milky Cloud" chocolate that I didn't order or pay for. Checking their wrappers, it turns out they expired in a few days so I guess they thought better to give them away than waste them. A nice idea, but unfortunately the chocolate was just a bit weird and not very pleasant so they ended up being thrown away anyway, along with the Easter Egg. Sadly can't recommend.

The box of chocolate thins were crushed into small pieces.

True to form - arrived speedily and perfectly packaged.
Bought as a gift. Recipient delighted.

Actually I ordered a box of chocolates to find out which fillings you do. Unlike other sites you do not show a chocolate, name it and inform of the contents, which I found odd.
The chocolates are a good mouthful and tasty, costing over £3.00 each. Better value for money than another firm and less value than the other firm we use. Sad but true, we may come to you again when our pensions go up !

Until now i still did not receive my order and customer service also did not response me back at all.
Poor experience!

The delivery and packing was great and the giftee has said the chocolates are lovely. However, when ordering there was a box asking if I wanted to put a note in with the order, which I did, but apparently the birthday wishes were omitted from the delivery which was a shame, other than that everything was great.

Valentines gift was sent by a fulfilment centre, arrived in a plain box, with brown paper, everything broken. not gift wrapped nothing, shocking at the price f nearly £100. I will never order online at prestat again as they use a third party. I contacted the shop in London and the girl was very apologetic and sent the valentines gift wrapped as a lovely gift, sending it out for the next day, which i received, I am very thankful for the customer service at this shop but not when ordering online.

Every single chocolate thin was broken in several pieces by the time they arrived home. I don't think ordering online is worth it at all.

Attractive website, easy to order and the chocolates arrived well packaged. These are the best rose and violet creams I have tasted and are on my Christmas list as a gift and for myself every year.

Good afternoon I have been buying prestat chocolates for 3 decades or more. This is the first time I have ordered online since moving from London. The chocolates arrived 3 boxes in all one of the boxes was opened and the chocolates inside were in disarray. I sent a photograph of the unattached tamper seal and the reply I got was from Marie /Maya "this is quite normal thankyou for your understanding". This was a present for some one.I find the attitude of your customer service quite unacceptable almost making out that I am making this up? Very dissapointed indeed. I have discarded the chocolates as am not happy with giving a present that that has been opened.I will not be buying from prestat again. Yours Sincerely Albert Povey

Timely delivery. Great tasting chocolates.

All arrived on time. Unfortunately the surprise was ruined as branded outer packaging was used to ship the chocolate. The intended recipient knew straight away what they were 🙁
