Great company with a brilliant work ethic
I would highly recommend Pristine to anyone looking for friendly customer service & a high quality job. They are responsive, efficient & reliable. I have my windows cleaned regularly and they are discreet & thorough. They only had to come back on one occasion as one of the windows wasn't quite clean but they sorted the problem quickly & to a good standard. Great company with a brilliant work ethic.

A good job
David did a thorough job of cleaning two conservatory roofs, gutters, etc on a freezing cold day. I would definitely recommend Pristine Clean.

Really happy with the cleaning of our…
Really happy with the cleaning of our conservatory roof, the finials were green and another cleaning company we had tried couldn't seem to remove the staining at all. Pristine Clean did an excellent job though, they removed all the green stains from the entire roof, it looks so much better. Great communication and customer service too - thank you!

A great, all round window cleaning experience
Experiences of window cleaners have been hit and miss for me. I wanted somebody who is reliable, does a good job, can stay in touch and confirm when they are actually coming. Pristine were recommended to me so gave them a go. From first contact they had excellent communication, did a really good and thorough job, with helpful, friendly staff. I will definitely use again!

I have used Pristine for many years and confirm that their communication and customer focus is excellent. I always know when they are coming and the cost.

I'm a returning customer and as always I'm very happy with the job Pristine Cleaning does. We've had patio cleaned and sand brushed, gutter, fascia and soffits cleared and cleaned, windows, doors, frames and sills cleaned. The results are brilliant! I would recommend them any time.

We notice that you gave us a 4-star review which we are grateful for but at the same time naturally disappointed with as we always strive to offer a 5 star service wherever we have control. The issues with the upper windows were most likely caused by the fact that they hadn't been cleaned for some time and the higher we go up, the less pressure we can apply (hence the need for a double clean). I hope that you were satisfied that we came back very quickly and without fuss to get this sorted for you. We take any feedback very seriously and just want to offer the best possible service wherever we can.
