Jake went out of his way to help fit new valve and thermostat as well as check that my heating was working properly across an infinitely difficult and busy time for him and me. Not only is his work excellent but it is the amiable way he goes about his work and “old school” customer service that is most refreshing. Will definitely go back to Jake for any further plumbing work in future

New immersion heater and service
Jake fitted a new immersion heater and serviced my water cylinder. He was great with communication, from my first email to request a quote to the conclusion of the work. He was also punctual, friendly and tidy. Thought the process he explained what was going on. I would both recommend his work to others and would use his services again myself.
