Jake also during lockdown always wore a mask & gloves, plus wore protective covers on his shoes. He has always been polite and attended on time when an appointment has been booked in. A clean and tidy worker and very particular about tidy pipework. Trustworthy enough that we would leave Jake in our home to do his work if we had to be elsewhere at the same time. Jake was really helpful and was able to quickly come over to sort out a gas leak we had at the property. He is very knowledgeable and noticed an issue with the setup to our hot water cylinder that he recommended to have addressed. Have now used him for a couple of jobs and likely more in future. Good reliable plumbers are hard to find but I have used Pritchard's several times in the last 3 years to rectify some piping problems, improve the heating performance and service the boiler.
