I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Frank, who completed my ADHD assessment. From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at ease in what could have been a very overwhelming and emotional process. His warm, approachable, and compassionate manner immediately created a safe space where I felt listened to, understood, and never judged.
Frank is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind-hearted. As a mental health nurse myself, I know how important it is to have clinicians who combine clinical expertise with empathy, patience, and authenticity — and Frank does this effortlessly. He has an exceptional ability to communicate in a calm, reassuring, and respectful way, making difficult conversations feel manageable and validating.
Throughout the assessment, he was attentive, thorough, understanding, and incredibly insightful. He allowed me the time to explain my experiences without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. He listened with genuine interest and understanding, and I felt that he truly cared about me as a person rather than simply completing an assessment.
What stood out the most to me was his continued support even after the assessment itself. Frank goes above and beyond for the people he works with. His dedication, professionalism, empathy, emotional intelligence, and supportive nature are truly outstanding. He has such a positive presence and clearly has a real passion for helping others improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
Frank is friendly, polite, approachable, reassuring, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and exceptionally skilled at what he does. He has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and understood, which is such an invaluable quality in mental health care.
I genuinely left the process feeling heard, validated, and supported, and that is entirely down to Frank and the way he conducts himself. He is an absolute credit to his profession and one of those rare individuals who leaves a lasting positive impact on the people he supports.

Wish I had done this sooner. It is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. Frank was instantly likeable and made me feel at ease straight away. Like many women, hitting perimenopause means a significant worsening of symptoms and has unravelled many of my coping mechanisms. Having the screening and subsequent assessment with Frank has made me feel like a massive lifetime weight has been lifted. The whole process has made me feel super optimistic about moving forward in the next stage of my life. Easy to book and the option to book the initial £95 screening made me feel more confident about starting the process which can otherwise feel pretty daunting . Thank You !

We have spent almost five years going from appointment to appointment, feeling unheard, dismissed, and treated like a number. Every time, it felt like people were trying to downplay the challenges our son faces daily. We were passed from pillar to post, repeating the same story, getting nowhere, and watching our son lose confidence with every appointment.

This experience was completely different.

Frank instantly connected with our son in a way no one else ever has. He spoke to him at his level, about the things he loves, made him laugh, and genuinely made him feel seen. There was a bit of banter, a bit of fun, and for the first time ever, our son actually smiled in an appointment. That alone meant the world to us.

For the first time, we felt listened to. We felt understood. We felt like someone truly cared and genuinely got it. As a family, that was a huge moment.

Receiving the diagnosis has given us clarity we’ve been desperate for. We finally know where we stand and how best to support our son so he can be the very best version of himself. There will still be challenges, that’s a given, but now we can face them together with understanding instead of confusion.

I walked out of that appointment feeling relieved for the first time in years. It feels like we can finally move forward.

Frank was fantastic! He truly understood me. The whole process was very simple from start to finish. Frank made me feel very at ease before and during consultation, it felt almost like I was chatting to a friend rather than a clinical professional which made the hard stuff easier to talk about. Pre diagnosis Frank was transparent and explained all limitations in detail. When the diagnosis came, it was thorough and arrived quickly. I've yet to book my follow up however will be doing so soon and have no doubt that this will also be a smooth process. Thank you for finally making me make sense!

That’s all I could put at the time of first writing this review, now after going through the whole process with our grandson I can elaborate.
From the very start Frank put us, but mostly our grandson at ease and was very professional and understanding, showing empathy for our situation and not talking to us as though he wasn’t bothered, which is what we had experienced with the production line method that the hospital had used for the past 10yrs of our visits (in, out, just cope with it, thank you, bye), if this sounds familiar then please for the sake of your child and yourself seek outside help and this is the place to get it!.
After our appointments were over with Frank, we had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte, who along with Frank optimisers professionalism, and had a good understanding of our situation she led us through the final process and was constantly in touch with us until the end. Frank was amazing from the moment my son met him made my 10year old feel safe and comfortable to open up and talk, he was professional at all times and knowledgeable. Even after Frank seeing
My son he was always happy to awnser questions I had and put me at ease.
Highly recommend even before my son appointment I had questions and Frank was happy to offer support and help I was that happy with him me and my son drove 5 hours to meet him and for him to do my son assessment I spoke to different assessors and he was the one who helped me help my son.

So the words came you are “ adhd “ it was done effectively . Just felt like a normal chat . No pressure. Even fitted laugh in now and again . To me it felt personal centred. I felt assured at all times

Frank and his team are a godsend. As a mother of a 9 year old daughter who is struggling with neurodiverse condition and complicated by family trauma the system, the state could not assist. Too busy and was not see as important.
Following a recommendation I approached Frank and his team and immediately it was like the light has been switched on. My daughter is getting the help that she needs, which is all I asked for.
Frank is dedicated and passionate about his job and knowledgeable about his role in supporting children like my daughter, without him I would be lost.

We would thoroughly recommend Frank and the team who have been really supportive and efficient throughout the whole process and were able to work with us as very short notice and exceed our expectations for meeting our tight timelines. Frank was really friendly and helped our daughter to feel at ease and enjoy the the sessions.

Highly recommend if you can afford to pay to go private. I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders. From start to finish I’ve had the support I’ve needed for my son. I don’t feel like I’m going insane now has I’ve got the answers I’ve been waiting for.

Only recently decided to know once and for all a clear picture of issues I’d had all my life. It was a little scary but Frank was amazing and put me at ease almost immediately. The process just flowed and I have to say I felt so happy by the end of it that someone final understood me. Would definitely recommend.

The overall experience taking our 17year old to see Frank was positive. Frank immediately made our son feel at ease with care and humour - his years of working with young people is evident. It's a very relaxed setting, very informal and Frank was informative, kind and fun. What we expected to be quite a stressful experience, turned out to be memorable and enjoyable. This place is special.
