Ahs is really going down heel they can or choose not to
They have really, really gone downhill. It seems like they never have any service providers to come out. I don't know what's going on, but I wish they would really get their stuff together, because I really, really liked American home shield. We've been with you guys for 20 years. And they said, we only been with them 4 2.So I don't know how that works either

Bryan from AllSouth Heating and Air did an outstanding job. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he took the time to clearly explain the issue, the diagnostic process, and the recommended solution. He was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable about the system and equipment. It’s obvious he has strong technical expertise and takes pride in doing quality work the right way. Highly recommend Bryan and AllSouth Heating and Air.

Non-transparent Pricing
Front Door Pro was hired as a package deal through Moen / Farmers Insurance. Classic bait & switch operation - this is documented all over the internet. They give you the $300 "discounted rate" for the Plumber. Then they come and advocate for more work, when they know you have already invested the time in the process. I was then stuck with another $440 for a loop to add a few feet of pipe. The total job took 1 hour - so $740 was my "discounted" rate for 1 hour of work and a few parts. Could be good - but for now, is a SCAM. Plumber was nice though.
