Worst customer service ever I got hung…

Worst customer service ever I got hung up on multiple times, The plumber flaked day of service and there was no communication between on updates on getting a new plumber. I had to call to find out I had to reschedule. Soonest appointment 1 week out after first appointment. And absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience. I will never use this company again for anything.

Poor Communication and Customer Service

Poor communication. Didn’t answer phone calls or texts. Appointments not available for weeks. Didn’t even bother waiting, I went with a different provider who showed up same day and answered their phones.

Worst company to deal with and not honest at all
Don’t fix the damages there will be quick to write you letters to terminate services.Worst of money ..
Don’t use them especially ac repairs it’s the worst in my opinion
