Probiller is nothing but scammer operation. Tried to cancel a subscription after finding out there were other hidden fees, and costs involved, to which they told me they have a no refund policy. It's very clear they're noting but a scam operation, and since charges are overseas, you're kinda screwed.

Most companies you don’t even need to chat or call, you can do it automatically by your self, not this one though.

I highly don’t recommend it!

Eigentlich NULL Sterne, weil BETRUG! Die Masche läuft so, dass man mit 1$ Probeabos gelockt wird, beim Abschluss seine Kreditkartendaten, Name etc. dafür angeben und angeblich mehrere Möglichkeiten hat, das Abo vor Ablauf der Testphase zu stornieren. Doch das funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Weder die Zugangsdaten zum Zugriff auf die abonnierte seite, noch die Telefonnummer in USA zum Stornieren des Abos, noch der Chat und per Email schon gar nicht, nichts funktioniert. Auch das ändern des Passwortes falls man es vergessen hat, funktioniert GAR NICHT. Zugriff verweigert! Während die Betrüger/Betreiber der Seite lässig vom Kreditkartenkonto abbuchen. Und zwar nicht nur 1$ sondern jeden Betrag den sie wollen. ABSOLUTE ABZOCKE und das mit legalem Anstrich, da Länderübergreifend und kaum zu fassen, da die Justiz bekanntlich lahm ist, die Deutsche sowieso! Der Abbucher sitzt in Zypern, der Betreiber in USA, die Abo-Seite in Canada oder sonstwo. Hier kauft sich einer oder mehrere Betrüger nen Maserati auf Kosten der Dummen und Geilen, die sich abzocken lassen. Fazit: Kreditkarte sperren, Storno gar nicht erst probieren, Reklamation beim Kreditkartenanbieter und neue Kreditkarte besorgen! ABSOLUT ÄRGERLICH und TOTALE BETRUGSMASCHE, Gay.com ebenso!

Bij het aangaan van een abonnement zitten altijd verborgen vinkjes voor betaalde extra’s, zogenaamde aanbiedingen die kort duren en na 1a2 dagen voor het duurste tarief maandelijks verder belast worden. Als je dat niet in de gaten hebt (het zijn echt schandalig onopvallende kleine lettertjes), wordt je dus genaaid.
Als je daar rekening mee houdt is de inhoud van de website best mooi, hoewel je weer extra moet betalen voor download en je ook vermoeid wordt met reclame, wat gek is voor een betaalde website. Ook bij inloggen weer oppassen dat je niet perongeluk weer op iets anders abonneert

Sinds 2014 ben ik lid van een van hun sites en dit tot 2024. ik kon probleemloos downloaden tot enkele weken geleden toen ik vaststelde dat ik een nieuw abonnement diende aan te gaan. Ik vroeg hen va mail naar de oorzaak hiervan. Vrij snel kreeg ik als antwoord aanbod van diverse joinpacketten. Ik antwoorde dat ik dat niet gevraagd had maar de oorzaak. Geen reactie meer. Na raadpleging van Trustpilot heb ik hen toen gemaild hoe hun firma beoordeeld word. Ik vermelde hierin alle termen die door andere reviewers geuit werden. Ook zei ik hen als dit de serviceverlening is aan een lid sinds 2014 ik mij enkel kan aansluiten bij de reviewers van Trustpilot. Eind mei heb ik hen ook nog verzocht om een terugbetaling ivm een site waar ik 2x werd gecrediteerd voor eenzelfde periode. Ik zit nog steeds te wachten op een reactie.

I had an account for over 10 years that suddenly expired before the date. I lost 3 years of subscription and they claimed they could not reinstate the account unless I paied up for 25 years and I would be granteeded to have my befits then. The only problem is that they said the same when I bought it way back and now I do not trust them at all. I would recommend to go with others and not get involved here.

NEVER give them their credit card details. They charge hidden memberships for sites you never signed up for and unticked all boxes for, then you can't log into the account, so you are unable to cancel, then they want you to call them with hours of waiting time. The charges just keep coming and the only thing you can do is cancel your credit card and get a new one.

Extremly bad customer service. When you want to cancel be prepered to struggle with bots and fake queue's

They sent me several emails telling me that I ordered some premium packages on various porn sites. However, none of the supplied details in their invoice emails was correct (CC number, IP address, etc.). I guess, they were most likely trying to steal or obtain legit bank details. Do not enter any data on their website. Instead, closely monitor your bank account and immediately contact your bank if you find suspicious transactions.

A local small gas station recently had a spate of controversies about card skimmers and/or losing customer card information and then this last week my card was repeatedly charged by PROBILLER.COM fraudulently. I don't subscribe to any paid porn services ( who the even pays for porn? ) and so had to have my credit card reverse the charges and issue me a new card. Watch out, and report this business to the BBB.

Awful! I did a ‘7 day one off subscription for £7’ a week later they’ve taken one payment for £29 and then a day later another one for £39 I’ve tried calling twice and they have put the phone down on me both times! Avoid at all costs a complete scamming company!

Enormous waiting time on online chat. Scammers. Unauthorized charges. Avoid!!!

They bill for some sites with multiple options to subscribe to other sites. They will sneak a charge of $1 to another site and end up charging your cc the full subscription after the trial, If possible, use another billing company.

Probiller is a fraudulent company who posed as FedEx delivery via my text messaging, stole my information, and proceeded immediately on 9/2/21 to steal 6 transactions from my checking account. Which also cost me a drop of almost 50 points from EACH credit bureau. My bank tipped name off because the charges cone from overseas. I had to cancel that card and file fraud charges. Bank is still investigating...and I have not gotten my credit points back yet. DO NOT TRUST!!

Terrible company. My account got hacked and I was charged multiple times without realising. When I did, I asked them for a full refund and they said that they could only refund me for transactions made within the past 120 days, as per alleged agreements with Visa and Mastercard. I've threatened to take legal action against them: clearly there was no oversight on their part and their business practices are far from transparent. Also, their free-toll number doesn't work and their chat service is really poor: you get disconnected after 2 minutes of inactivity, which means you have to chat with several people before you can get to the bottom of the situation.

PROBILLER IS A SCAM. Period
they took 1$ from me every single week, til I noticed it from my bank statements.

Do not use, not trustworthy

Avoid this porn billing company at all costs.
Cancel your card right away.
The way this "company" operates all its payments for sites linked is simply disgusting.

Providing services that don't work or function correctly. Bully and give you extra months for free. Just don't. They will give you the refund, then use bullying tones afterwards then cut you off dead on its so called scam "customer services".

Not even based in the US, but outside. From hundreds of negative reviews from people who had the unfortunate to use anything remotely linked to this billing company.

Avoid. Inform your bank, as they still charge you even after you cancelled anything that associated with them.
