My adhd assessor was super friendly and I didn’t feel uncomfortable talking to him- which is pretty major for me because I usually get awkward around strangers- it made the 2 hr assessment fly by and I was actually able to answer the questions in full as opposed to being all uncomfortable and short wanting it to be over with.

A great experience! What was a difficult process for me was made easy. The communication has been fantastic throughout, reminder emails, the dashboard telling me exactly what I needed to do at each stage. Every person I’ve dealt with has been friendly and helpful, and made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Dyslexia assessment with Problem Shared. I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process. From start to finish, the quality of the assessment was outstanding. It was clear that every stage had been thoughtfully designed to give a complete and accurate understanding of how those with dyslexia can learn and process information. The assessor was fantastic — incredibly professional & patient. What could have felt daunting ended up feeling reassuring and well‑managed. They explained each step clearly, and created an open and honest environment. Their calm, structured approach made a huge difference.
The assessment itself was extremely thorough. It didn’t just look at reading or writing, but explored wider learning patterns, processing styles, strengths, and challenges. The outcome has been incredibly positive. Overall, I’d highly recommend Problem Shared to anyone considering a dyslexia assessment. The process is professional, supportive, and genuinely life‑changing.

The whole process was extremely rigorous and I have absolute faith in my son's diagnosis. The assessors we spoke to were kind and engaging with my son who has difficulty talking to people he doesn't know. Once we were given the formal diagnosis, the assessor also produced the formal diagnosis report very quickly so we could put exam support in place in time for my son's GCSEs. Very impressed.

Julie was brilliant with my son during his Dyslexia Assessment and I can highly recommend the process. She built a rapport with him at the beginning so he could relax and feel comfortable during the assessment. The session flowed well and there were breaks given in between activities. He loved his certificate at the end!
Julie was very thorough in her verbal feedback to help me understand the diagnosis and what this may mean throughout my son’s education as well as into his adult life. Thank you for your support!

Thank you to everyone at Problemshared for making my journey smooth as possible. I am extremely grateful for all your help and continued assistance.
The process was very quick for both an ADHD and Autism Assessment. I started my journey in Jan 2026 and received my diagnosis by April - now waiting for Psychoeducation Courses, Talking Therapy and Medication.
I was anxious about the assessment but Kerenhappuch Tazvivinga (ADHD) and Claire Lovick (Autism) were both very professional, made me feel at ease, and very accommodating throughout the whole process. Both clinicians discussed sensitive topics with care and great confidentiality whilst providing clear advice on how to approach my diagnosis. I can't thank them enough!
I would highly recommend ProblemShared, especially Kerenhappuch and Claire!

I've recently been diagnosed with ADHD and Autism with Problem Shared. The wait times compared to the NHS were good. 1 year for Autism and 8 months for ADHD.
This morning I had an appointment booked at 8.30am to discuss my ADHD medication. I hate doing this type of thing anyway, so didn't sleep last night but got myself geared up ready on time. 90 minutes late and still no one has turned up. I've given up waiting and shut my lap top.
This is very upsetting as I was looking forward to hopefully starting to feel better on the medication soon, and I cancelled something important today so I could attend this appointment.
Unfortunately it takes up to a week to get a reply via email, and impossible to get through on the telephone.
I have no idea how long I have to wait for another appointment, so a very frustrating experience.

From start to finish Problem Shared have just been brilliant. They’ve helped at every stage with compassion, kindness and understanding, considered all points of view and explained their findings clearly and an easy to understand way. The assessment with Emma was a highlight and I can’t thank her enough for the time she took during my son’s assessment and the follow up appointment with my wife and I. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in a similar position.

From the initial ADHD assessment and through the titration process, I've been dealing with Problem Shared for a couple of years now and my overall experience has been good. I was lucky enough to have most of my medication appointments with Josie Hadlington who is just a delight to deal with. She's professional, warm, understanding and clearly very knowledgeable 5* all the way - I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I am now at the end of the process and will miss the regular catch ups with Josie and the guidance and help she's provided. Thanks Josie :)
