Contacted Procure Smart as needed help with renewing my electricity contract when Tomato went pop. Michael was a great help with that.
Also asked for some help and advice on renewing my credit card provider, this was a bit more complex and I had lots and lots of questions which Chris was a huge help with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Procure Smart, they have a great team and whats even better for me is that they are a local company and I always try to keep all by business local. 10/10 😊

Great experience with Procure Smart
I have been dealing with Daniel Stockport at Procure Smart for several months now and what an asset to the company he is! He has went above and beyond for me and saved my business a lot of money on energy and water bills! He even came to visit myself at my business premises with Glen Seed to view our set up and what would work best for us. Procure Smart is a broker that we have used for a few years now. Peter Finnon is our focal point of contact and he is excellent. We had on-going previous issues with another electricity supplier and he even helped us with this which we were so grateful for. decent tariffs and a 'listening' adviser
Apart from obtaining decent tariffs , Mitesh listened to what I was saying, the situation of the church, and provided the relevant references to make it easy for me to compare/ check matters. Other brokers just forge their own way and aren't helpful or listen.

Excellent Service
As a small business we get a ridiculous amount of calls regarding out energy contracts when they are near the end of term. Barry was wonderfully accommodating and stood out from all other brokers with his excellent service, friendly demeanour and above great pricing and managed the whole process as well as matching up all our contracts together so we no longer has three different ones all running out at different times. He was incredibly patient as our accounts weighed up other options but at the end of the day procure smart was the best choice in all aspects. 10/10 would use again. Thank you Barry.
