Project & Survey Avis

Report was really thorough and only took 3 days to turnaround after the survey. Lots of bespoke detail about the construction. Gordon did a follow-up call with me to go through the issues found. Very professional and really felt like I got my money's worth.

Gordon undertook a Level 2 survey for a property we are seeking to purchase and we were really impressed by Gordons diligence, service and rigor as part of the survey conducted. Gordon is thorough and conveys the findings in a very digestible manner in his detailed and very well written report which includes a wide number of helpful pictures of all the aspects of the property. Gordon spent time patiently explaining items to us during a call after sending the report and is highly knowledgeable with an excellent eye and attention for detail. We also really valued that Gordon was transparent on the differences between Level 2 and Level 3 reports and was not just pushing for us to get the most expensive one.

Could not recommend enough for all you would want and expect in a surveyor.

Extremely thorough report and follow up call. Gordon and his team were reliable, friendly, punctual and communicative throughout. The report came through faster than expected. And at a competitive price as well. Couldn't recommend more!

Gordon was awesome for my report!

I used several surveyors before for other purchases, but no one likes him. His super polite, efficient, very detailed and very carefully checked everything. He also called me immediately after the survey to go through almost everything on the phone. And the survey report was delivered to me much earlier than the expected date.

Over all I will give him 5 STARS, and recommend to everyone who needs the survey. And I will definitely use him again in the future!

Gordon was very detailed, helped us to negotiate snagging points and signed off on the (basic) snagging works. Would highly recommend for detailed building surveys.

Gordon was great.
The report came back before the date they provided and we had a call to go through all the information.
Everything seemed very thorough. We added the drone and defo worth it to see the roof, chimney and guttering

No hesitation in recommending
Thank you -

Gordon and his team were great from the offset. Very professional with a really quick turn around. The report was comprehensive and received a call from him on the day of the survey which was really helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Good communication throughout in scheduling the RICS level 2 survey. Showed great flexibility around my going away to send a comprehensive report on the same day of the survey and had a helpful call with Gordon the day after to run through the key issues. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience. Arranged the survey very promptly and within a reasonable timeframe. Very detailed report was issued on the day they promised it would be. Very professional service

Comprehensive, clearly written report and very prompt, detailed reply to my follow up questions.
