Project & Survey Avis

it's the second home that we survey as we withraw our offer from a previous deal. we found them on the web and we were truly amazed and impressed with the quality of the survey ! really done by a passionate surveyor that went the extra mile, checking dumpness with a machine, analysing the mouvements of the wall, checking the roof with drones, getting inside the attic ( although complicated), building a super super comprehensive report with CLEAR comments. we saw many survey reports and it seems they are too much into protecting themselves than giving an objective expertise ! we had a folowup call with them, they even managed the expectations of our RE agents! i cant recomand ennough, if you are like us buying your first home and interrested in a real expertise that is clear and thorough, i highly advise you to book with them !

Fab team and service.
The survey was booked and complete within a week of first contact.
After the survey was done we got an on the day call about findings with a thorough explanation. Colin was really great and provided reassurance when needed most

This is the second time I have used this company and on both occasions Gordon carried out the survey very thoroughly, he gave me a verbal report the same day and a very comprehensive written report followed 2-3 days later, I messaged him later to ask a question about the property and he gave me a very helpful answer.

I had a week and a half left for completion and exchange of the property I was buying and urgently had to find a surveyor. I got ridiculous quotes of £550+ elsewhere for a RICS level 2 Survey without a guarantee that it would he booked in over the next week. My friend recommended Project and Survey, the Surveyor Gordon was booked in 2 days after getting through to them. He surveyed the property on the Friday and sent over the completed, comprehensive report on Sunday evening. They couldn’t have been quicker and the price was very really reasonable. Gordon also called me on the Friday to go through the findings and took the time to explain the terminology I didn’t understand. After, when looking through the report I had further questions and emailed Gordon in which he responded promptly on the same day. I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you for your service.

We are glad we chose Gordon do our survey, he was so thorough and informative. No stone was left unturned, and he made sure we understood exactly what was contained in the survey, which enabled us to confidently renegotiate the purchase of our first home. His help was invaluable to us and I couldn’t recommend using Project & Survey highly enough.

Great service from Gordon! He replied quickly to my initial enquiry and the survey was booked, completed and the report finalised all within one week.

After visiting the property he called me to give a summary of his findings and to let me know when to expect the full survey report. Once received, the report was detailed but easy to understand.

Homebuyers survey

Great experience. Very informative and efficient

Absolutely fantastic end to end service from Gordon at Project and Survey. I required a Homebuyers survey done for a property I was purchasing. The report was meticulous and very detailed. Other interested parties such as builders have commented on how thorough it was and the communication to explain the various aspects of the report was done with care and attention. All at a competitive price as well. Excellent. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic service! We couldn't be happier with the survey, Gordon was professional, friendly and swift. The survey was completed very quickly and the report was provided to us within 24hrs. The report was thorough and insightful. We would highly recommend Gordon and the Project & Survey team.

Gordon did a sterling job on the Survey of a 4 bed semi detached property. Very thorough, happy to discuss the results and investigate in more detail, answer questions and respond to queries. Would recommend again. A service level above the usual RICS surveyors out there.

Excellent service provided with fantastic communication. Very detailed and informative correspondence/reports.

Great service with a very quick turn around .
Responsive and explained survey findings clearly- I'd definitely reccommend and use again.

We are first time buyers and we recently engaged Project & Survey Ltd for an L2 survey on a property we are in the process of purchasing, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service provided by Gordon. From start to finish, Gordon demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and dedication.

We appreciated his flexibility and great communication and he made the entire process seamless and understandable for us. Gordon took the time to explain every aspect of the survey in a way that we could grasp, patiently addressing all our questions and concerns.

The survey was completed promptly and was comprehensive with a great attention to detail. Gordon called as soon as he completed the survey to provide us with an update and overview of his findings.
