Had an absolute nightmare with the company that I used propensio (glowgreen)
An issue that had been going on For 5 weeks with glowgreen was sorted in a matter of 24 hours with Hannah Fernandes at propensio , her custom service was 11/10 and can't thank her enough for getting my issue resolved that I had been banging my head against a wall with the other company. Would 100% recommend propensio, just in their customer care alone.

The lady I dealt with, Rose was exceptional and explained everything perfectly . Very good staff are hard to find , exceptional staff almost impossible to.. retain this lady as long as you can

Tracy Barnard was very understanding of the reasons for my late payment & even arranged for the penalty charge to be waived. She also helped rearrange my payment date so I’d be able to pay the next instalment on time.
