Property Filter Avis

I have had such a great experience using property filter! Would certainly recommended it!

Once you are a member of PF (property-filter) you can jump on 5 different webinars a week!!! The learning is just amazing: things I would not have thought about I learn here - although I have been active in property for the last 15 years

Property Filter is a very useful tool to help you find good motivated sellers around the UK. There is also an abundance of free teaching and coaching within the membership, so there's no "sales add-ons", which is really nice.
I'm very pleased with their product and Customer Service. I would happily recommend PF to anyone in the property industry. :)

An excellent way to find motivated sellers. Property Filter catches so many data points. The “set your criteria and leave the software to do the searches”is fantastic. But the bonus for me is all of the other resources - The Property Filter Blue Print; The weekly Motivation Zooms with Guillaume “ Our Favourite Frenchman” ; The training videos; The real-time help through regular Zooms; The collaborations with other providers and successful people in the industry;
I look forward to the lasted upgrades. Definitely a site to consider.

Brilliant Team. Very helpful and customer centric. Always finding ways to improve. And not to forget, a great product! total game changer.

PF is a brilliant tool and is always evolving. It is indispensable for anyone looking to buy property and does just about everything you could possibly want it to do. It is technical wizardry. The help resources and direct support is incredible and very responsive and detailed.

A tool to exponentially grow your UK property searching and deal stacking ability.

Property Filter is an excellent tool for those serious about their business. It saves valuable time by consolidating all the necessary data in one place, eliminating the need for endless scrolling. What I appreciate most is their commitment to continuous improvement and their proactive approach to gathering and incorporating user feedback. Since joining in March 2023, I have witnessed their consistent growth.

I can't praise Property Filter enough for their incredible platform! As a property investor, finding lucrative deals can be a daunting task, but this software has completely transformed my workflow and results.
From the moment I started using Property Filter, I noticed a significant improvement in the efficiency and accuracy of my property searches. The user-friendly interface makes navigating through the features a breeze, and the powerful search algorithms provide incredibly detailed and relevant results.
Overall, Property Filter is a game-changer for property sourcing. It has streamlined my processes, provided me with invaluable insights, and ultimately led to better investment decisions. I highly recommend this software to any property investor looking to take their business to the next level.

The support from Property Filter is second to none
There are so many features on the platform and they are continuously adding more. There is no better place to look for deals

I love Property Filter and the Team is fantastic too.

The Software is mind-blowing. It saves time finding your strategy properties in your area (s). It has calculators, Deal Stacking tool and much more including lots of research information to help with doing your Due Diligence.

There is also excellent Support and ongoing Training with the Team, Rhett, Guillaume and new Guest speakers every week. Customer Support has been brilliant too. When you think it can't get any better, they bring in another amazing feature and update.

Thank you Property Filter Team!

Had been recommended PF a couple months back and have been using it since. This platform is a no brainier as a busy individual who wants to make the most of their time. The support that is available is second to none and it’s only just going to get better.

If you are looking for a way to contact anyone on Property Filter this is how you do it.Go to the community engagement section (which is tucked away so that it's almost impossible to find) and there is a help form. Sadly, I was really underwhelmed by the site, especially after using Nimbus Maps (which is costly) but is really fantastic. I thought I would give it a chance but my own impression after use is the site is poorly designed, clunky, shocking images, information all over the place, my head was in a mess at the end of a days use. I think that this site is more about CRM than finding deals. Sadly for me it's a complete no go. There are many other ways of sourcing deals and taking time to network has always paid dividends for me and I'm sticking with it, especially for finding off market deals which I have always found via surveyors, friends and agents. I am pleased to hear that I have been removed from their payments schedule. Perhaps in 5 years this site may have developed its software but a complete site re-design by professionals is a must. I had high hopes but they were dashed the moment I logged on.Thank you for resolving the issue of my card details swiftly when I finally managed to contact you.

Great platform, great team, I'm sure they have more to add that will make it even better.

Great website and tool for property investors. helpful webinars and workshops to iron your property search issues. Dramatically cuts down on need to wade through all the property websites.

What an awesome tool never knew there was so many deals for all the different types of strategy available … so much easier than rightmove

Property filtering at its best !

As a property investor, Property Filter has saved me so much time scrolling different websites to find deals. It has all the information on one programme to allow me to find properties up for sale and do a large amount of due diligence on the property, as well as provide me with a process for viewing and offering on the property. It is the most efficient I have found to keep up to date with the properties online.

An absolute must for anyone in the property game.
