Property Filter Avis

Property Filter is a very useful portal and tool to help you find motivated sellers around the UK. There is an abundance of free teaching and coaching within the membership. There are live chats for anyone that needs help with anything to do with the app. The customer service team are there to help you navigate around the portal.
There customer service is great. Anyone starting up in property would definitely benefit from this app.

The best software to find motivated sellers online. This will save you from wasting hours of your time looking for deals on Zoopla and Rightmove. There are deals in every where and this software will fidn them for you. Great they have 1 14 day free trail so you cna see for your self.

It is great and useful to find the deals. If it has a feature for crime rate % , it will be perfect.

A powerfull, comprehensive tool on it's field

Great software that makes identifying possible property to source a breeze! Saves so much time in comparison to trying to look through the standard property portals!

A tremendous resource where literally everything you need to find property is in one place. Long overdue!!

Property Filter listens to its subscribers, and develops itself using our feedback. They keep coming up with new features that help me in my property journey. They treat us as a family, giving us a great sense of community.

The software is great and customer service is on another level. They really want investors to succeed in their strategy.

Property Filter goes from strength to strength which keeps amazing me. They truly developing software with the users (property sourcers, investors) in mind. Finding deals anywhere in the country from your laptop, saving countless hours going to several different websites to gather information on a property. And the CRM type system allows you freedom to do the key work of viewing and putting in those deals.

Support and even more support.
Property Filter is full of relevant information which ads value and saves time.

Although I am only a 'newbie' when it comes to using this software, I have seen, through demonstrations and by some dabbling with it myself, a lot of the capabilities. And, as an experienced property investor, I see and understand how powerful it is, when it comes to identifying probable good deals. It also comes with an impressive range of resources - guides, videos (e.g. walk-throughs). No hesitation in recommending.

The Property Filter experience for me is clearly the most useful tool for investors to enter the market since Rightmove and Zoopla. Complex but not complicated, it is many times more useful and efficient with your time. Founder managed it has a team right now who really do want their users to be successful and seem to do everything they can to make that happen. Support is second to non. Plus it has to be the most cost effective currently underpriced tool available to investors ever, so far I'd say.

Property Filter is a game changer!

The platform cuts the time it takes to do a comprehensive search of properties, and the ability to filter the results to suit your investing profile is unparalleled. I also have to give 10 out of 10 for the customer service and support provided by the team.

I have been using Property Filter for almost a year now. This tool is a must have for professionals in property investment. Once you try it, you will never want to let it go.

Property filter really go above and beyond to provide constant updates and feature changes to make it easy as possible to find deals.

Customer service is 5 star and the team are always happy to help when needed. The amount of resources that they provide with videos, tutorials & special guests just put the cherry on the cake for the service they provide.

Best property platform by far. I’ve been a member for over a year now, and it’s been a game-changer. What really sets it apart is how much the team listens to its members. They’re always rolling out updates and adding new features that make searching for property smoother and takes less time. It’s clear to me that they’re committed to improving the platform and supporting their member. I highly recommend Property Filter.
