I had previously instructed another company to complete the survey for the EPC on one of my apartments , unfortunatly 2 weeks later still no visit,
I then found peter and instructed him on a wednesday morning, the certificate was in my hand within 1 day.
His professional attitude was amazing and service second to none and all communications were answered immediatly , thank you peter for a job well done

Excellent service.
Peter was very quick to visit and do the job.
I requested the EPC on Wednesday afternoon and it was all completed on Thursday morning; ie survey completed, data analysed, and results emailed to me by 10 AM. Really good , I have already recommended him to a relative who is about to sell her house.

Highly recommend Pete for residential property EPC
Pete was very helpful in arranging a convenient appointment and arrived on time. He was pleasant and polite and prompt in delivering the paperwork and payment was made easily online by card on receipt of his invoice by email.

Lovely guy who is efficient at what he does and a pleasure to have in one’s home. Visited Thursday and EPC emailed and received by Friday! What more could you want!

Great service provided and excellent value for money . I contacted Peter to arrange an EPC required to sell a property which was arranged and completed within 72 hours.The survey was done thoroughly and competently by Peter without fuss or disruption . Once completed I had the EPC within hours . I would definitely recommend Peter to family and friends as he was so helpful and explained in detail what the EPC entailed.
In addition the cost was so competitive and half the cost of going through an Estate agent .

I highly recommend Peter to any business or individual!
Peter has done quite a few EPCs for my customers now and every time he turns them all around really quickly and efficiently even at short notice. All my clients have also commented on how well he comes across so he’s a real asset to any agent!
