No problem

No sway best pull I have had I would recommend to the world
I had a little difficulty hooking up but after I learned a couple of tricks I feel better
PS planning another trip
I wish the hitch would be a little cheaper
But the old saying you get what you pay for. You have some extra time I have a couple of suggestions that I am going to the hitch to make user friendly to me

I just cant get this hitch to work

I just cant get this hitch to work. Ive read alot of great reviews, so maybe its just me. But at the price of 3500, no way would i buy again. My husky centerline felt better at 1/8 of the price. Customer service was pretty good at first, they responded back immediately, unfortuneatly we never reached a solution. I sent several pictures of my setup, they said everything looked great and just stopped responding. So now im sitting here with a very expensive boat anchor.

Edit, thank you for the highly non profesional reply. Im sorry i should have been more clear, they are 3500 new is what i meant. But a propride hitch is a propride hitch, but because im the second owner of the hitch and didnt buy directly from you, you dont care? I get no support from you guys because i didnt buy it new? Real classy guys

Entitled to something? What did I ask for? I was simply looking for help, not once did i ever ask for anything more than that! Not to mention I also purchased a bunch of replacement parts from you guys, so dont act as if I didnt make any purchases from your company! I purchased the manual, all the replacement u-bolts, replacement OCL's, replacement bearing caps. Your acting like im not your customer. I wouldnt have gotten a review if that was the case, now would I? All I was trying to do was figure out what was wrong, and guess what if you would have helped, i would of likely bought whatever we came up with from you as well. I dont think thats acting for a handout is it? So again, real classy. Instead of help all I got was your setup looks good, an no response back from the company after that. Im not at all saying it couldnt be a problem with the used hitch I bought, im not looking for handouts from you, simply was seeking some help figuring out the issues. But at least your responses on here will show people your true colors now, bravo propride, bravo!

At what point did I say i never recieved help? My very first statement said the service was great at first. Maybe you should reread it? I literally said in my review that you responded, until you guys didnt anymore. Yes i got a few emails back, but noone responded back to my last one sent. I said we never came up with a resolution to my problem, thats it! You guys are really making yourself look unbelievable right now. The only answer that i got back to my emails was "my setup looks good it should work, not sure why it doesnt". That isnt really helpful now is it? What exactly should i do with that information?

"How would you suggest we help you with your hitch", well first of all, isnt it technically your hitch? I didnt design it did i? Do i work for propride now? If i cant seek help from the company that designed and produced the hitch, who exactly should i seek help from? So you guys cant fix your own product, is that it? Now your asking me how your supposed to help, arent you guys the hitch maker, shouldnt you be the ones knowing how to help your customers? Does your doctor ask you what things to check and look for when you go in for a visit? Does your mechanic ask you whats wrong with your truck when you take it to him? What a stupid thing to say. Then to say "something i did" after saying your setup looks good in the pictures you sent, so how is it something i did? What exactly did i do wrong? You keep pretending like you helped, but yet all you keep saying is we emailed you back. In what way exactly did you help? What changes did you advise me to make? How did you help me at all? Responding to someone isnt helping, im responding to you, do you feel lile im helping you? You offered zero advise besides looking at my pictures i sent you and saying your setup looks good. Then you blame it on me, but cant tell me what the issue is, so you dont know whats wrong with it, but its my fault? You literally said yourself that everything i did in the pictures i sent looked good, but its my fault? The only thing that is my fault is believing that propride was a good company. Your proving to me and everyone else that your not.

" your upset over something you did" followed by "i didnt blame anything on you". Seriously, how dumb can we get here. Wait theres more, "you asked for help and you got it" followed by two sentences later "i do not know why it wont work". You seriously cant make this up, or how about the fact that i asked what help i was given several times, never once was that answered. Just keep giving the same amswer on repeat. That i was given help, that doesnt answer the question. Key word in the question was what, not if, i never asked if i got help, i asked what. Please try to understand the difference between the two. You seem very good at ignoring all the questions that were asked here actually, maybe thats why my issue never got resolved? Perhaps if you spent as much time helping people as you do arguing over a bad review we wouldnt be here right now? Whose whining now? You! Its a review, get over it!!!

I can’t find an order number for a hitch you purchased from us? Do you have one? There is a 60 day money back guarantee.

Edit: I found your records. You purchased a used hitch and stated you paid $3500 for it in the review? That’s not a used hitch price. As far as support, you can read the support reviews from people who purchased the hitch directly from us.

Edit 2: you’ve had support from us multiple times. We have all the records of it in our system. At some point, when we’ve done all we can to help you, it’s something going on with a used product you purchased. We have no control over the product you purchased secondhand or something else is wrong. Obviously, it’s not common problem as you’ve read in every other review. I’m not sure what you mean by no support. There are literally 4 or 5 emails to you supporting you. Seems it’s always someone in low star reviews who believes they are entitled to something more when they didn’t even pay for something more. Where do you think the money comes from to pay for customer service? It’s pure economics and has nothing to do with being classy.

Edit 3: you received help. There’s a record of it. Now, you’re here saying you didn’t?

Edit 4: "At what point did I say i never received help?" - "if you would have helped" - "Instead of help" - How would you suggest we help you with your hitch if we've done everything we do for a customer when they buy a new hitch from us? That's exactly what has happened here. if everything looks good in photos you've sent then what would you suggest the next step be from us? We're answering you here and by email. I'm not worried about how you think we're making anything look. Rational people can read and understand that you are upset with something you did. All I've done is state facts here. You just don't like the facts so you left a review about something you are responsible for.

Edit 5: I didn't blame anything on you. You purchased the used unit. We did not purchase it. You asked for help and got it. Now you're emotional about not being able to get something to work. Tens of thousands of people have the product working for them. I do not know why it will not work for you because all I have done is look at photos. Again, what exactly do you want us to do with something you purchased from someone else and now want to whine and leave a bad review about? And, no, "technically" it is YOUR hitch. You purchased it. It isn't my hitch. My hitch works great. If it works for tens of thousands of others and not you what exactly do you want done? If you don't like the answers you are getting I don't know what else to tell you. What I can tell you is that if you would have purchased it from me there is a 60 day money back guarantee and you would have received your money back. You made that decision. That had nothing to do with ProPride. You can believe anything you want but this will be the last communication with you. You've burned any goodwill you could have possibly earned here. You are whining about something that YOU created with your decisions. Have a good day.

Obviously an incredible product, and if that's even possible even better customer service. This product is worth every single penny, for anybody who's really wanting a more comfortable towing experience, quality craftsmanship and an incredible company to back it all up.

Road emergency

We were on the road and needed a part for our 3P hitch. I called them and they shipped the part to our destination the next day, and covered it all under the Warranty.

F150 pulling 33ft trailer was scary until

F150 pulling 33ft trailer. Had a Husky Centerline. It did ok, but mild winds whipped the trailer enough to scare me. Moved to the P3P and the wind may still move the trailer (and the truck), but it doesn't oscillate like it did. Much better experience.

Upgrading to V2 Tension Jacks

My V1 broke down during a trip to Oregon. The dog ear U-hook on my V1 bent and then broke. Was able to reweld and get back on the road. Sean was super helpful on a Saturday with a great suggestion on how to use a chain to create tension so I could keep moving.

When I got home, first thing I did is buy the V2 version tension jacks. Wow, what a difference. The engineering is so much better with this new version and I am not stressing about those U-hook ever again. Great new design and a real difference maker!!
