Team work on and off the pitch
ProSoccer were brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much hassle for them. They communicated with us at all stages (even though they probably got fed up of our constant emails 😂)
We ordered 60+ kits with different sponsors for individual teams, numerous sizes and specific player numbers for each kit. Nicola especially, was brilliant with the order process and ensured we got what we wanted. Nicola also made sure the kits were delivered for a specific date even though our order was quite last minute ! Will definitely be returning for extra kits and Prosoccer will be our kit supplier of choice for next season too ! Glenbuck Juniors FC

Thank you for your review.
We have now looked into this and can see that the goods you purchased were a non-stocked item that needed to be ordered from our supplier, as stated in our terms and conditions, that you would have agreed to at the time of purchase.
We were advised by our supplier on Friday 06/09/2024, the items you ordered were not available and we emailed you the same day to inform you of this and offer you an alternative.
You replied on Friday 06/09/2024 at 22.21 (10.21pm) that you would like a refund.
As are closed from Friday at 16.30 (4.30pm) until Monday at 9.00am, your email would not have been read and replied to until Monday 09/09/2024, to which we emailed to confirm we would refund you.
It states in our terms and conditions ‘We will refund all monies paid to us by you within 14 days.’
As we agreed to the refund on Monday 09/09/2024, we had up to Monday 23/09/2023 to complete this transaction.
We received an email from you on Tuesday 17/09/2024 and we replied to confirm the refund had been completed, we also confirmed the details of where the refund had been processed to.
Therefore the full refund was processed within the time frame as per our terms and conditions and as quoted in the sale of goods act.

Avoid!
Really disappointed with the product and customer service. Ordered a kit for work team and what was delivered would barely fit an under 10s team! The size guide absolutely is not accurate. Contacted them and very dismissive, said I had correct sizes and should have ordered samples, didn't even respond to my last email. If you have a spare couple of hundred pounds to lose, then this is the company for you!

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our customer service.
After you contacted us about the kits, we notified our supplier and they requested you return the kits to us, in order for us to check the sizes against their size chart, as they confirmed they had not had any problems with the sizes of these kits.
An email was sent to you explaining this and requesting the kits be returned for examination.
We then sent another email to you on 31st August 2024, as we were still waiting for the kits to be returned or an acknowledgement to our emails.
If you return the kits we can take this matter up with our supplier, if there is a problem with the sizes.

Ordered 15 football shirts
Ordered 15 football shirts, asked after placing my order when to expect the items and was told by 22nd August latest. Come 22nd August no kit but an email stating that I needed to confirm I was ok with no return policy and no cancellations accepted from a forwarded email where they had clearly changed the date of the email stating it was sent on 5th August.
Totally unacceptable customer service, if they had forgotten to send the email hold your hands up and admit a mistake, don’t lie. All other communication all in 1 email trail apart from that supposed email.
Subsequently order cancelled by myself. Useless company, won’t use again unfortunately.
If I were you reading this review I’d ignore their defensive responses to bad reviews, although not everyone responds in an appropriate manner, this company have not acted like a reputable business.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the service we provided.
Although it is in the terms and conditions that you would have agreed to at the time of ordering, we needed you to confirm that you understood that the goods were a special order and non-refundable.
Our sales team sent an email on 5th August 2024, requesting you to confirm your order before we could order your goods from our supplier.
We can assure you that, even if it was possible to change a date on an email, this is something we would never do.
However, we have looked into this matter further and have been informed there isn't a way to change a send date. When using sendmail (the protocol which sends electronic mail between servers), you can add a date as part of your custom header, but the actual date stamp is embedded by the server, not the sender, making is impossible for us to change the send date.
If you had replied to our email sent on 5th August 2024, your goods would have been ordered and sent to you.

The quality of the kits
The quality of the kits, training jackets and printing is incredible! Everything we asked for was done perfectly. I would and will use this company again for any new kits etc we have in future. We decided to go with the kappa branded kits and they look amazing. Customer service from the sales team was class always responded to emails and delivered sooner than we expected.

Quick, efficient & excellent quality.
My team required a personalised kit at very short notice and all of the other kit suppliers we enquired with quoted that it would take 6+ weeks for an order to be printed and arrive. Prosocceruk however were happy to provide us with a fully printed kit within only 2-3 weeks notice and the kit even arrived a day early. Nicola was incredibly helpful at all times and the communication was excellent, quickly answering any queries we had. We were even sent a mock-up of the design before it was printed. The kit is excellent quality and printed exactly as expected. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Incredibly disappointed poor service- never again
Incredibly disappointed. Ordered skin top and dry cos in November. Said online would be two to 3 weeks. Oh we are still waiting for them. I have chased and chased and chased,dont always get a reply. Have been told loads of times over last few months supplier says in transit and it still doesn't appear. Whilst I accept they say they get from errea I am still prosoccers customer. I have asked for a refund but they won't give. The items now are useless due to needing them pre Christmas. I'm very disappointed. They take money quickly but providing an item and service id non existent. If I could give a Ind star I would

We can only apologise once again for the delay in getting your order for the base layer and socks to you. We do understand that this delay was disappointing but, as we stated in our emails, we did actively chase our supplier and could only pass on the information to you, as we received it from Errea and unfortunately our supplier did take longer than anticipated to deliver the goods to us.
You placed your order via our website on 24th November 2023. At the time our website clearly stated on the home page banner and also in our terms and conditions that orders placed on or after 20th November 2023, would not be delivered until after the new year, we also, clearly displayed our closing dates for the the festive period. Therefore, letting our customers aware that if they placed an other on or after 20th November 2023, the items would not be delivered pre Christmas.
Our records show that your order been delivered to you and again please accept our apologies for any upset the delay may have caused.

Everything from start to finish was efficient and helpful, I worked with Nicola from the sales team and she couldn’t be more helpful. The shipping was fast, the product is a great quality and our players and their parents love the jackets. The process of getting club logos and sponsors on the jackets was seamless, and I was supported throughout. Couldn’t be happier, would recommend and will definitely be using as a supplier of team wear again in the future. Thank you!

Excellent price, good quality product and fast delivery.
Really good price for the rain jackets we purchased and both the club badge on the front and club name on the back look excellent. Fast delivery, with the jackets arriving less than a week after ordering.

Phone call from Bank - ProSoccerUK failed to provide ANY evidence that when your claim was submitted they had already delivered the items.
Claim is now settled and I received a full refund!
SO this means your statement of 'We successfully defended this by showing proof, that the reason you gave for the charge back had been fabricated by yourself and this was backed up by the emails we had sent and the emails we had received from you'
WAS ACTUALLY A LIE and to make the accusation that i fabricated it calling me a liar! Shame on you!
Hopefully people will AVOID. DO NOT LET THERE RATING FOOL YOU! LOOK HOW THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS MOST STATE THE SAME!

Order of football kit
The experience of working with Prosoccer to purchase a football for our school team was outstanding. Following on from an initial phone conversation, an email was sent with all the information they required.
I was over the moon to then receive the parcel on the following Tuesday, 4 working days plus a weekend. The children were so proud to be able to wear their kit for the county finals. Thank you once again for an excellent service.
