Prosocceruk Avis

Great service and a nice product.
Communication throughout the process was really good and items delivered on time.

Excellent service, speedy delivery and the kit looks great!

I bought what I thought was a part kit of shirts and shorts but their ordering system is a little backwards. I received the shirts and upon enquiry asked where the shorts were by phone. After sorting out the ordering confusion I made a payment to cover the shorts. This was done over the phone with all the details for delivery as per the shirts. I received an email that had been sent using their websites programming language with what I can only assume was photographs, asking me to confirm order and address which had already been done over the phone when paying for the discrepancy of the shorts. Customer services informed me they could not send out items without confirmation of email message. This consisted of me scrolling so far down my 52" monitor so far I thought I was drilling for oil. Everything was in programming language including the images. I was pleased with the kits when they arrived but after emailing our badge and placing it on a shirt from their website precisely where I wanted it I was disappointed to find it almost printed on the shoulder and no where near my instructions, the print was a bit washed out too. Not quite as bad an experience as some reviews but not worth recommending.

Next day delivery, and easy ordering

Took two weeks to inform me that the item I had ordered was out of stock. The replacement took a further 3 weeks to arrive. My last two emails asking the whereabouts of my order were simply ignored.

Jackets are great, embroidery is good. My only issue is the time taken to deliver however the quality makes up for this.

Really love the kits we ordered! So professional and the quality is fantastic! Really really happy. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful sales team! Would not hesitate to recommend Prosocceruk!

We bought 16 of ProSoccer's discount kits for our Primary 2 team. The strips were good quality, the price was competitive, customer service was top-notch when we had to amend the order, and delivery was quick - the kit arrived within 3 days.
