A very helpful experience.
Talked to a man who was very helpful. There was a problem paying over the phone. It may have been my fault. He was very patient and tried hard to resolve the situation. Eventually I paid through a link from an email which resolved the problem. Very impressed with his efforts and attitude. The date is approximate.

Ideal stall holders policy
The stall holders policy was just right for our annual stall and a reasonable price. Haven't needed to claim so can't comment on that.

Protectivity, excellent service
The service was excellent throughout. Finding the policy to suit me and my requirements was easy and straightforward.
I made a couple of errors on my policy form and these were rectified, almost immediately and with no fuss, documents were sent with the correct spelling, within 24hrs.
I was recommended Protectivity, and from my experience, I would also recommend to others.

Easy to set up, no email confirmation
Easy to set up one off insurance. Weirdly they only send you an email for the quote and not the final payment confirmation or policy number once you pay. So you need to remember to make a note of those once you pay. An auto email to confirm youve paid and your policy number would be good, especially if you need to share those details

Team member very helpful
Team member very helpful, i use this company twice a year for the last 3 yrs. Price is always reasonable, i wouldn’t use another insurance provider.
Have recommended this company and my colleague was astounded at the low price and took out a policy.
