I wasn't 100% how to sign up, the website asked questions, but didn't really give you the option to answer them other than with a tick . I am hoping everything is alright but I am very unsure.

Information about renewal was sent well in advance, clear what the policy included and when I sent a query by email I got a quick helpful answer. The cost of the policy was very competitive.

Great customer service
Great customer service. He spoke clearly and all understood by me. Good price too. However bought public liability for salon base and another policy for mobile. You should do a combined insurance package as many hairdressers do both salon and mobile and need cover when in peoples homes.

Reasonable cost and good customer service
So far it's been a good experience with Protectivity. They make purchasing insurance easy and it's reasonably priced. I had to ring their customer service to increase our public liability cover and it was very quick and simple.

Had no issues! Payment for my yearly insurance came out without me knowing and was no longer required. Very quick to respond and got a full refund.
