I managed to sort out the buying of the public liability insurance, but the connection to the bank didn't work so I phoned the insurance company up and they sorted it easily, and they were friendly and helpful.

Very good insurance for animal care professionals. Easy to renew and update and customer service always available if you need further help. You don’t wait on hold at all.
Very competitive pricing also. I was with different provider previously at much higher cost for the same service so I am glad I have switched. This is my 3rd year and not significant increase despite other insurance companies hiking premiums. Couldn’t be happier.

They will call your working equipment 'personal equipment' and fail to accept your claim. Better off going to an insurer that actually pays out if you were so unlucky as to need to claim.
