A fair and sympathetic lender . After having researched the market for an executor’s loan Provira has exceeded in every way: 1. excellent and friendly communication 2. Provira colleagues did their utmost to assist in the completion of the loan 3. this loan is a straight forward (not a greedy compounded interest !) advancement with a fair and competitive interest rate, 4. when signing the contract, electronically, I was made aware of what I was expected to repay over an illustrated period of time - everything is straightforward with no hidden terms, 5. the loan agreement is a fair contract asking a third oarty (in my case the conveyancing solicitor) to repay the loan with accrued interest) straight to Provira upon receipt of funds from property sale, with no liability put upon the solicitor other than to repay the loan!
Lastly the funds requested were in my account within 24 hours once contract was signed.
If ever I can praise a lender it is Provira. I am so glad I found this lender. Thank you to the intelligent and friendly staff at Provira!

Transparent and a fantastic trusted firm to use. Probate can be a very difficult time and monies locked away due to legal processes. Provira are just amazing at offering clear solutions to help.
