Great product delivered quickly with no hassle

We ordered a new heat press and the first time we went to use it, it did not heat up to the desired temperature. We called the contact us phone # and emailed service several times to resolve this problem, however, we haven't heard back from anyone from Pro World. We have left messages with our phone number and email address but no one has called nor replied to our emails. I have never gone to social media to reach out or complain about a product or service but I did regarding the lack of response received from leaving emails and trying to call the contact phone number. I did receive an automated response on social media which lead me back to the contact number and service email.

It took almost 2 weeks to get the part that said it would be here in 2 days. It was the wrong part as well. We made it work but it wasn't the same spring as the one that snapped. Even though we had put the model number in and that was the part your website told us was needed. We were out of work for much longer than expected and cost us considerably. The fact that the spring snapped at all was disappointing and dangerous, but receiving the wrong part with such a delay shows complete disrespect for us as a customer.

ProWorld Inc is a horrible company. Do not buy anything from them. They currently have no tech support so if you have any issues on any equipment your are screwed. No help from anyone the supervisor Paulo Bilancieri avoids any contact with consumer. He never calls back. I’ve been with a broken heat press that cost between $2k-3k. It slowed my Mardi Gras season down and for a small business owner this is crucial. I’ve had this press for about 1.5 and had only been used for 1 year or so. We have another press that had the same issue and it took forever to fix now the har no tech support and we can’t even get parts. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel robbed and taken advantage of.

It's our first order from ProWorld and everything went smooth. Our order is still on it's way as we are located outside the USA but from our order to our freight forwarder it was easy.

Great Communication, fast turnaround!!!

It cost 18$ for. 5x7 envelope which mailed asedia would be like 5$ and decals that aren’t even fun. Would have preferred life or love saying over the choice.

The people at ProWorld are so helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the product you sell. The Customer service is spot on, from the person on the phone to the artists helping to prefect my design. And I received my order in record speed. I am very pleased with ProWorld!

I purchased a heat press from them. The machine did not hold temperature. I contacted them and showed them the video I took. They sold me the part to fix it. I had someone install the part and the machine still didn't work. When I started the heat press the temperature would not rise, it only went to 32 degrees. When, I shut the machine it went up to 132 degrees. I made a video and sent it to the company. No reply. I have sent 3 emails and 1 WhatsApp message to them about this. No reply. Horrible customer service I may say.

The graphics seem to be good even though I haven't used them yet. The shipping was OUTRAGIOUS! I really don't know how you justify such an extremely high shipping charge for something that was shipped in a poly bag that didn't seem to be shipped at an expedited rate of speed. More, less expensive, shipping choices would be great. As is, I have to take a loss using these stickers because the break down cost of each set is over $6. Ridiculous! I found a better, less expensive company to print my stickers and brings down the cost to a little over $1 per two piece set. Plus, they corrected areas on the graphic without charge.

I had to call 3 times to get my order right. Program is not user friendly.
