False advertisement on website. What's listed is not Whats being sent. Customer service says website is wrong but they don't tell you that until purchase is made. That makes no sense. Order canceled!!!!! You can't charge someone for what your not sending and your advertising it.

Easy to use and convenient to handle

I had very helpful customer service and the heat transfer arrived very quickly!

Repeat customer but highly disatisfied with the discrepencies of the transfers being defective or unusable whether they had marks in them or chips in the transfers... probably lost about 10 good transfers on this order.
