Break GDPR regulations
I used this company for PT sometime ago.
I have asked them so many times to remove my email address and they are so stupid, they have cannot figure out how to do so. If you email them they ignore you.
If a company are this stupid I would not use them. An abuse of GDPR regulations and I will be reporting them to GDPR.

I had a really positive experience…
I had a really positive experience speaking with Atya from PT Academy. She took the time to discuss all the different courses I would be completing and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood the options available to me.
Atya recommended completing my courses through the online platform, which has made the whole process so much easier and more convenient. The way she explained how the platform works and how it could help me progress was extremely helpful and gave me much more confidence moving forward with my studies.
She was very polite, professional, patient and genuinely helpful throughout the conversation. I really appreciated the time she took to understand what I wanted to achieve and guide me in the right direction.

Lied on their site
Says on their website they do a fully government funded course at southampton but then got a call saying that its only available in Birmingham fully funded and tried selling it to me on a partially funded basis.
Which would be fine but why advertise that its fully funded in southampton when it isnt? Very poor.

The tutors are what make it
The tutors are extremely hands on, ready to help wherever they can and make it a very enjoyable couple weeks. Credit to my tutor Rian who without him a lot of us wouldn’t have finished the course, he was more than helpful, made everyone feel comfortable and welcome and allowed everyone to be themselves. Would recommend studying with Pt , as they make it very simple and easy to learn and expand your pt knowledge.

Exceptional customer service
I originally rang PT Academy to ask some questions about a course and that was it. However, after listing off all my questions with Tee and speaking for a while, I went ahead and bought a course. Amazing
I Would like to start of with what an amazing opportunity given I’m very greatfull thank you.The overall experience was very good. The service was professional, efficient, and well-organised. Everyone was helpful, approachable, and responsive throughout the process. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness to address questions and concerns promptly. My coach/teacher Rian was very helpful and understanding wouldn’t of been able to do this without him amazing teacher.

I had a fantastic experience studying with PT Academy and I honestly can’t thank my tutor Rian enough. The level of support I received throughout my course was immense. Rian really took the time to explain things properly, answer my questions and make sure I understood the work rather than just rushing through it.
His patience, encouragement and support made such a difference to my learning experience. I always felt supported and able to ask for help whenever I needed it. It’s clear that Rian genuinely cares about his students and wants them all to succeed.

Very disappointing communication with…
Very disappointing communication with existing students
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of communication from PT Academy.
I have already paid for my course and I am now actively trying to return to my studies, complete my outstanding work and assessments, and obtain my qualification. I have emailed PT Academy asking a straightforward question about my existing course access and what I need to do to continue, but I have received no response.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that when I contacted David directly, he responded almost immediately and was helpful. So my issue is not with the tutors themselves — it is with the lack of response from PT Academy’s main customer/student support.
As an existing student who has already paid for the course, I don’t think I should have to chase repeatedly just to find out how I can continue and complete my qualification.
I’m ready and motivated to finish my course. I simply need PT Academy to actually respond and tell me what I need to do.
I will happily update this review if the situation is resolved and I receive the support I need.
