Pulse Charge Avis 

Pulse were wonderful, I ordered a product without reading it was for apple only, sent back to exchange for something I could use my Samsung products on, it was more costly they not only waivered the extra money but were very quick in posting exchange, now very happy with my infinity charger

I bought the 4 pack of pulse venus for a trip to the USA for the 4 of us travelling as the flight are long.
3 of the venus charging plug have snapped off at the device end. It snapped while removing the device from the phone. NO due force.. Adults using.
The 4th hasnt been opened. Thinking of giving it to my son for his birthday this month as he is law.
Response from pulse.. its not covered under warrenty. I find this hard to believe that a product like this isnt covered.. am I the only 1 that this has happened too.. On the advertised product u see people walking around charging their phones while talking..
How do they remove with the weight hanging without it breaking.
Im exstreamly disapponted that 3 devices are now useless and no refund.
This is not a good outcome for the cost of 4 pulse venus.
Seeing it is still being broardcasting on channel7 with sunrise specials..I wonder if they would like to hear about the product.
Pulse charger I would like refund ASAP.

I have the charging water bottle and the power bank and it is amazing! I’m a busy mum and work three jobs and do content creation so needing my phone is essential! I never have to stress about my phone going flat anymore it’s been amazing! I highly recommend this brand so much! 😍

Where do I even start... My previous jump car starter was stolen, so when I saw the Jump 3 portable car starter was in stock again and in the Raspberry colour, I had to have it. After it arrived, no more than 2 days later my car broke down, I had lost all power. Normally I would of started to panic because it was getting dark and I had already turned off the highway but thanks to the very recent arrival of my brand new Jump 3 portable car starter 2 days ago I just pulled out the carry case from behind my seat, hooked it up and managed to restart the car. It gave me enough power to just make it home. So easy to use, nice and compact in its own carry case, it's small enough to tuck away behind the drivers seat for easy access. I won't leave home without it!! It's perfect, It saved me, I love it.

Such a handy magsafe charger. Always in my bag whenever i go out. Plus the color is sooooo cute! Definitely recommended! 👍🏼💯

WE bought 2 Pulse Chargers hoping they would solve our charging problems. This was not the case, it did not perform as advertised, it will charge my watch, but does not charge my phone, very disappointed with this product and would not recommend.

i’m so grateful i came across Pulse! i have the Halo and the Infinity and what a game changer they are. the speaker is small but mighty. love the feature of the light! the portable charger is so incredibly light weight you don’t even notice it! can’t recommend these products enough ☺️

Don’t know when it is charged ,tried to charge ear buds, watches and phones does not work. Greatest waste of money ever

Do NOT waste your money! Got 2, and both wouldn’t connect or charge within a couple of uses. Contacted customer service and was told ONE woud be replaced when we paid XXX amount of postage. Reluctantly paid it, and new one only lasted a couple of charges also. Totally overpriced and a waste of money.

I bought the 4 in 1 charger and I have to say I’m very impressed with the quality, love the colour, it was very well priced and postage was super fast. A+ all round.

I received my items very quickly, in excellent condition.
Great communication with details regarding my delivery.
I will definitely order other products when required.

Don’t buy charger cord , company will not take responsibility for broken cable , blaming miss use , have had second cord sent with a postage payment of $9.95 and cord has also broken, customer service is pathetic, will not answer my complaint ,

I absolutely love this charger, I was very skeptical of it use until I jump start my car that I hadn’t started for about 8 months. Now I use it all the time, whether it’s to blow balls up, tyres, charge my phone. The only thing I would say would be if the cables were a little bit longer it would make it easier, it’s a bit hard to get them to reach

Bought lead and pulse Venus portable charger. Lead on charger broke and they said although it is not under warranty they would replace and I pay postage. Two months later broke in the exact same place - the small connector from lead to device.
Pulse did not want to know about it the second time. 3 weeks later my pulse Venus broke same place. In all my years of buying cheap leads this has NEVER happened before.
Would not recommend, go to Apple Store and buy their product for less money

Fantastic products. They look great and do exactly as promised. Love the pulse ads on sunrise and so pleased with what we’ve bought off the back of them. We now have two halos and two infinity magnetic wireless chargers and love them all. Cheers
