I want to share my experience so others don't get burned like I did. Everything seemed fine until I tried to withdraw my winnings. After submitting my verification docs, I was told I had a 10x wagering requirement on my deposit.
Let me be clear: at no point was I ever warned that this policy existed. I deposited $800, thinking it was my money to play with. I had no idea I'd actually have to bet $8,000 before I could touch it. It's an unfair and predatory rule hidden in the terms. Of course, I lost all $1,800 trying to chase that ridiculous number.
I doubt any informed player would choose this casino if they were upfront about this policy. I certainly wouldn't have. Learn from my mistake and avoid this place.
