They charged a lot for delivery though some flaky service that delivered 2 miles from my home. That was fine, when after a week the powder did NOTHING I tried emailing the contact email to request refund. email bounced, website was flagged by Avast. PayPal IMMEDIATELY refunded my money. I really should have looked carefully at the fake Consumer Reports claims....duh.

The product amount and packaging comes with no instructions. I had a violent heart burn reaction after first use. (Never have heartburn)

I ordered purely white on May 23 2026 was to receive on 5/27/26 on checking with tracking number it stated the delivery company UniUni stated something was wrong with my address no apartment number/ there’s no apartment number no delivery company ever had any issues. They stated it went back to the warehouse. So did the chat back and forth they are looking into it. Email the company need my refund back they kept saying Unfortunately can’t refund due this is a flash sale- advised no you said not satisfied you will get your refund within 30days and I pasted the logo with the message and advise is this ethical are you scammers working together with the delivery company. So today received a message through there chat trying to resend package. Emailed purely white deluxe again and my email came back saying failure no company email address by that name, did it again and it came back saying same thing . So beware. This is a scam. Never received any product or my money back.

Well. I never ordered it. I am 70 and have dentures and 100 percent disabled. Technology has done a great job hacking my phone many times. I think i finally figured out how to delete all pay info. I have disputed w cr card. I have not even opened package and when i checked return policy... Well.. i was not born in computer age. They want a picture if your teeth before and after . No one would think to take a before photo... But you have to return in 12 days and no tooth whitener wirks in 12 days. An hour kater, i look at my ohone and it says another one is arriving today. I filed report w BBB and i hope they shut them down. This is now extortion of elderly. So this morning i went into their actual page and what do i see? Anither one is sitting in cart. I removed it but this is 100 percent scam!

This company is a total ripoff! They advertise a-total satisfaction, no questions asked full refund policy but they will not honor it. Once you try to make a return they tell you the product must be returned within 12 days and unused in the original packaging. To make matters worse, they told me they have a no returns accepted policy because I bought the product during a sale. Totally unbelievable.
