I followed the instructions completely and had a picture both before and just after their Purely White Deluxe Teeth Whitening Kit.
There was very little change. Not worth the cost. I had purchased two kits and asked to return the unopened kit and was told all sales final.
Poor customer service. My suggestion is save your money, this is not worth the hype.

My mouth was sore for two weeks. I couldn't eat, brush, floss or use the water pik without severe pain. The glands under my chin were swollen and very painful for a week. Dangerous product! And they wouldn't refund my money!

Just look at all the reviews not a one of them had anything good to say who do you believe purely white Deluxe or all of they reviews customers they stole from. They stole.$85.58 from me buy two bottles get one free and they won’t give you a refund and they say you have a 30 day return. and I didn’t buy anything on sale. I noticed they changed their prices a lot. I have seen three bottles for like different prices all the time just look at the pay that they’re making they are making a lot of money so they buy real very cheap and sell them to us for a high price. Tell you you’ll get a 30 day refund and that never happens they are getting quite rich. Something needs to be done to stop them. Definitely scam. I sent them two emails called them four times and now anytime I call them. They say mailbox is full.

This site and the product is AWFUL!! The product is useless and does not do anything to whiten teeth. Any reviews that are positive are certainly FAKE! Do not buy from this company and forget about ever getting a refund. I am reporting them to BBB.

I don't know how their product works since I never got it - they use an incompetent carrier, Jitsu, for delivery - I told them I never received the pkg & there was no proper POD photo, only the outside of my apt building door - but they refused to send a replacement or give me a refund - very poor customer service!

I ordered 1x PurelywhiteDeluxe powder and never received the product. Same message from shipping company, UniUni , delivery was unsuccessful, returning product to wherehouse , contact us for address verification….I have contacted them over 10 times in last 60 days with nothing new, same message everytime.also the same problem with PurelywhiteDeluxe.com customer support. No phone numbers for customer support! When i finally said (x2) … ok just refund my money, i got the same message .. final sale no refunds ..

Absolute scam of a company. Asked for refund within 5 minutes of ordering (after seeing product for $10 less at their shop on Amazon and bad reviews there) and they said they can’t refund during a “flash” sale. It’s always a “flash” sale which they use to never offer refunds to dissatisfied customers. Which indicates they will not/cannot stand behind their product. Product did not ship for another 24 hours but due to bogus “flash” sale and order is immediately sent to “fulfillment” they would not cancel and offer refund. RUN away, don’t purchase from this company.

I saw the positive review in the NYT so I thought I'd try it I ordered online and then they automatically charged me for a second product. When I contacted them for a refund they refused because I ordered during a flash sale, but I didn't order the product.

I ordered one Purely White Deluxe and received four. There is now a $102.19
charge on my Mastercard. This is definitely a scam. After reading all reviews I do not understand how you manage to keep doing this to people.

Do not shop with this company. They delivered my product to the wrong address and told me that being it was listed as delivered by their shipping company that I have to contact the shipping company to resolve the problem. Now I am out $38.
It is purely white responsibility to satisfy their customers, not for me to do the work on a purchase.
I recommend you do not shop with this company. They are not responsible and they will keep your money.
The worst shopping experience I ever had.

This item showed up at my mailbox, I never ordered, never saw the product before. Says I ordered on a special and i can't return...Where did they get my credit card info. Contacting BBB, attorney general, consumer affairs!!!

Ordered and doesn't work so tried to return. All they say is that there isn't a return policy even though it states clearly on the site they have a 30 day return policy. DO NOT BUY OR BELIEVE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a zero score or less I definitely would.

Run!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. I started an order, and at the very last minute I saw they added shipping so I cxld out of the site! They sent me 2 emails to come back & finish the order. I DID NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER! I DIDNT RESPOND TO THE EMAILS!! THEY SOMEHOW RECOVERED MY INFO AND WITH OUT MY AUTHORIZATION CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!! ISNT THAT STEALING!! WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES!! TTHEY HAVE NO PRIDE TO RUN A HONEST COMPANY! Scam!!

This company sucks. I just read other reviews where people had the same experience as I did. Ordered 1 and received 3 and was charged 70.00 dollars. This should be illegal. I also will be contacting the BBB. someone has to stop them. You would think they would careabout their customers. REMEMBER, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

It really doesn't help at all. You can use regular whitening toothpaste ( which I have been using) and now 21 days of both. Do difference. It offers returns before 30 days. That does not work. It's a straight out scam

Just like other reviewers, I experienced the same exploitative treatment. I ordered one item for $39 and a second item was added for $31 (kit). They added it, I did not. I received 2 separate emails--one for MY order and one for the one they ADDED. Who will stop this illegal semi-phishing scheme by these people? I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

This is a scam, I selected 1 jar and put in my credit card information to purchase. Once the transaction went through I looked at the total and it was 85.00 for 3 jars. I ask you who who purchase 3 jars without trying to the product. I immediately tried to reach someone at this company but the only source of contact was through email. I did get a response the next day stating it was a flash sale and could not be returned. I tried to cancel the order within minutes but you could not. A retailer is required to list the return policy before the point of purchase. Every state has guidelines on this issue. I am currently working on this and will not give up , in my opinion this is unlawful.

On their site this product is a 5 star. Its all a big scam. I have been using this product for over a month and no visible change at all. Their sales tactic is deceitful and false!

I ordered the whitening powder during a so called "flash sale". $29.99
Upon checking out I found another item added to the order, another $29.99 which I did not place. Its now at over $72.00
I immediately contacted customer service. I was told the item had already been placed in the system and could not be changed.
They referred to their no return policy during Flash sales.
There was no satisfaction to be gained. This company is a solid Scam operation.
I was curous to see where else the product was sold. Found it on Amazon for $19.99
BUYER BEWARE.
I think I learned a valuable lesson here. Check TrustPilot before ordering anything online.
