I’ve been with PureTalk for at least two years. The service is consistently reliable and the customer service is always great.

Excellent customer service if they don't have the answer they will make sure you are taken care of with the appropriate technical support from your particular phone company ie Samsung Apple etc. I have never gone away with out an answer. Always friendly and helpful staff at Pure Talk

Great customer service that are friendly and knowledgeable. I've referred many to Pure Talk because the mobile service is as good as any company I've had, but with the assurance that our money isn't going to fund radical left agendas.

We were with Verizon. After 20 years and being treated like cattle and denied a senior discount or any concession and being over charged for a shared 2G plan we made the switch. Wish we did it sooner! What great company, affordable plans with awesome customer service who actually like us. This is how it should be! Highly recommend you make the switch!

I love having puretalk as my phone provider. Never any problems with coverage. When I had the occasion to call customer service I got a very polite English speaking agent. problem solved .

I talked to Julie at puretalk she was kind understanding and so professional I needed to use a friends debit card as mine was lost it didn't faze her she helped me out in record time I had my phone back on

Easy to switch carriers. Price is a lot cheaper than Verizon. The coverage isn’t as good in my area as Verizon.

Workers are polite, kind hearted, and understanding.

I'm thrilled with PureTalk because I have excellent service; customer support is great and I love that it was started by our Veteran Heroes!! Also, of course, I'm only paying less than half of the money I paid to AT&T!!!

So far all is well, I was not aware that calling Canada was restricted on my plan, but it works out fine for me.

I have not experience any problems with Pure Talk and is keeps me in my budget now that I am almost 80 years old

You get what you pay for, if you’re not on WiFi service lags badly
