I ordered a Queen Victoria–style portrait from Purr & Mutt for my friend’s birthday, featuring her cat Maya (who already thinks she runs the household). This is my second purchase and the finished piece is again absolutely brilliant!

I made an error in my purchase which was swiftly corrected, and other questions I had were answered within 2 days. Once the process was finalised it only took 2-4 days for my order to arrive, and it was packed well to protect the portraits.

Love our print. Send our image and really easy process. Sent us a draft to check before proceeding. Was a present that went down a treat.

Although I had a couple of issues in terms of which photo was suitable, it was very quickly resolved and I could not be happier with the end result.

Sadly, although our beloved hound is no longer with us, he will now have a permanent place in our home.

I'm sorry to have to upset the apple cart. But when my order arrived I was so disappointed. For a start it wasn't packed very well and the cardboard envelope was torn at the edge. Also one piece of flimsy black tissue sort of wrapped around it. The frame was of the cheapest possible with gaps on two corners. I don't consider the printing to be of the highest quality either. As I bought this as a gift I'm afraid I've wasted my money I could not possibly hand this over, it would be an insult.

Very simple to upload a decent photo and the communication was very good.

I am absolutely delighted with my picture and a nice touch it having a velvet texture too. My 3 kids are in one great pic together which wouldn't happen in real life. It makes me laugh every time I look at it and it is 100% them. Thank you 🐾

The website was easy to follow. They sent me the picture to preview before sending it to me. They did a wonderful job! I absolutely love and adore the picture. Pictures are good, but disappointed that only one picture was sent out in original package, despite ordering two. Second item was sent on quickly.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I ordered my mum a picture of our dog and it was fantastic! Quick service. You can accept the overall picture before you get it sent so if you don’t like it you can change it! All in all a great company to deal with.

Haven’t received it. It’s been 7 days….

Process was great! Item was made soon after my art approval. Purchased for my sister as a gift, she's going to love it! Shipping was confusing though. Said it was shipping by DHL which showed it was delivered to mailbox on the 17th. It showed up at my house 5 days later.

95336. Customer service is non- existent. They just don't bother to reply to emails. And without any explanation the pic was delivered to a Collection Depot, not the recipient. Really inconvenient .
