The portrait came out FANTASTIC! I had a photo of our late cat that didn’t quite meet guidelines, but the Purr and Mutt team made it happen anyway given the circumstances. My partner didn’t even fully take the wrapping paper off of the frame before tears started rolling after seeing her beloved soul-mate-kitty again! Great quality, great customer service, super fast shipping once the portrait was complete, definitely will be back!!!

When I received the photo I was over the moon with the outcome, a complete perfect service, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I’m so pleased with the portrait I ordered of my Labrador!
It’s stunning quality and is a lovely portrait to treasure him with!
The prices are very reasonable, I received good communication throughout the process, letting me know what stage they were at with my order and then it was delivered well packaged and promptly.
I’ll be ordering again in the near future!

My pet portrait was received very promptly but unfortunately it didn't sit straight in the frame. Apparently due to a fault with the printer. However, a replacement was sent fairly quickly and I was extremely pleased with the service provided.
My pet portrait is wonderful.

Abysmal !
Abysmal !! Paid for express service & was told images not acceptable BUT then told images were not opened! Requested refund & have only received a short email of " refund to store credit" with absolutely no explanation of how to access it ! Lousy slow customer service, and I'm currently out over £40 with no print & no refund .

I’m sorry to hear about your experience and I want to clear up the confusion.
The refund has been processed as store credit, which is active on your account right now. When you’re logged into your account and go to checkout, you’ll see the option to apply this credit as a payment method, it works just like a balance you can spend on any new order.
Regarding the images, the files we received were unfortunately in a corrupted format, which meant we weren’t able to open them on our end. That’s why we reached out to request alternative images before proceeding with your artwork.
If you'd prefer we can also transfer this balance to a gift card which has a code you can use at checkout. I've sent a follow up email for you to review.
