Purr & Mutt Avis 

This is the third portrait I've ordered from Purr and Mutt. They have all been excellent. My pet is a bird and the level of artistry on the portraits is phenomenal. I would whole heartedly recommend this company

The process was easy and the portrait came out beautifully. My wife loved the gift.

The phone case for the Apple 16 pro was cheap and the picture of her dog is already wearing off. It’s a plain clear case with the picture on the back. It was a birthday present although the picture looked ok the case was just cheap looking and the picture isn’t staying on. Maybe a pillow or a portrait would be better but not impressed with the case

I’ve used Purr and Mutt a few times and the quality just keeps getting better. The whole process was seamless and I was very impressed with how my photos came out! This is great for gifts and I would definitely use them again!

They made the process fool-proof and let me know when they needed a different pet photo t obtain a good result. My sister was thrilled when she received the portraits and everyone makes a fuss about them when they come to her house. I couldnt be happier with the purchase. I liked them so much, I plan to get one of my own dog soon :)

The pillow looks very realistic.

I bought this for my husband. His little "Biscuit" (cat) passed away and he has taken it very hard. He almost broke down in tears he loved the portrait of her so much. Thank you for making it possible for him to see his "Biscuit" looking down at him in a regal costume. My experience from start to finish was wonderful. I appreciated the preview to have the chance to make changes if necessary. Thank you again!

Avoid this company at all costs, there are plenty of similar companies/freelancers offering the same service who are much better.

Within hours of placing an order I was notified that the size of my order was being altered (with no option of protesting or cancelling). This wasn't great as I was ordering art in a certain size to fit in with others.

Not much longer after that I received an email asking for more photos as the ones I had submitted did not meet their guidelines. I felt they did, but since they are the service provider they obviously know better. Unfortunately I have no other pictures, so I requested they cancel the order instead.

No refunds. It's in our "FAQ" so we can't/don't do that. First time I'm hearing that an FAQ was binding, sounds like an excuse to me.

So what are my options? I receive store credit that is useless to me since I have no other pictures, or I receive a poor quality product. Or in other words, we keep your money or you receive trash.

They have openly acknowledged that the product will be of poor quality and are still willing to go down this route, all for the sake of keeping your money. I'm not sure what they intend on doing if/when I receive the poor quality product and then contest it once again, but I imagine my money is lost to these swindlers.

I have since gone with a different company (a freelancer!) who has been really helpful from the start. Looked over my images, made a few alterations, printed the work and shipped from half way around the World in the space of only a week! Really happy with the result and wished I'd come across them before I found these thieves.

Just do yourself a favour and avoid. They are really not worth it.

I had a picture of my nephews dog a chocolate lab named Goose. When I found your website I checked it out and was impressed with how many fun characters to choose from for pets. Nephews 28th birthday I picked the war pilot with his dogs face and it came out incredible. When my nephew opened this gift, he was stunned and elated, laughed out loud and then told me this gift was by far the best gift he’s ever received!
I was more than completely satisfied from start to finished product. All pet lovers need to treat themselves or someone they care about to this amazing gift.

I haven't currently received a product, so my review so far is based on the UX experience thus far.

I placed my order almost two weeks ago now, electing for the "next day" draft. I eventually received my draft to review 5 days/3 business days later. The artwork was disappointing, verging on the line of being too life-like/not simplified enough to look like art. Knowing this is likely considered subjective, I requested an edit, sending a couple other photos for consideration, only to find out that any edits are out of the window of "next day" fee I paid for (I feel this should have been spelled out).

I currently have an outstanding message awaiting response an additional five days/three business days later.

Ultimately, I had made it clear that my goal was to get this gift before Mother's Day, and it looks unlikely at this point. One might say I should have started the process earlier, of course. Based on your posted timelines, my order seemed well within reason that it should arrive in time.

I'll save my opinion of the finished artwork for when it arrives, but this wasn't a experience I would feel confident recommending so far.

Really good customer service, 121 service when I was unsure on the best product to get. It came out perfectly! Good value for money

This is my second purchase from Purr & Mutt, and is a gift for my niece. I had it sent straight to her, and it is for her birthday, so it hasn't actually been opened yet!
If it's anything like the first gift, it will be lovely!

Ordered a picture of my cat as “The Spoilt Prince”, but by mistake the draft they sent was “The Spoilt Princess” . I emailed them and this was rectified straight away with no fuss.
The canvas I received was fantastic and my husband was over the moon!

Order placement is simple, the proof arrived promptly and the pictures also, and a few days earlier than I expected.

Really pleased with the quality, the images are absolutely delightful, we are both really pleased with them.
