Horrible company! They will put you on automatic renewals for attachments for the toothbrush that you don’t need. Without your consent too! Who goes through a whole set of attachments in a month. Nobody! That’s who! The toothbrush is pretty good all in all but the company is horrible. Just order from Amazon. Amazon won’t scam you.

I originally ordered this flosser with the hopes of improving my dental health.
The order seemed to take forever to arrive and I did receive frequent updates before it finally arrived.. I guess they were waiting for a supply from China. It reminded me of TEMU.
Product arrived , to me it felt flimsy and the products that are automatically shipped every month or so ( and charged ) did not seem worthy of the outlandish price.
I have requested a return slip with a full refund. Oh boy… Customer support went dead on me . Finally a reply, then run around, I stated I do not want to keep the product even though I was offered first 40%, then 30% off the original price.
I don’t like the way this company works . Sleazy . I will be calling my c/c company and the BBB .

This company is a mess and deceitful. My issues with them began almost immediately. I place my order the Monday before Thanksgiving. I received a message that my item was shipping on the Wednesday, but the tracking info never updated and just said "waiting for parcel". I patience waited the number of days that the website states it can take for shipping. When the final day came and no package or change in update, I sent a message to customer service asking for an update on 12/5. No response was given. I sent a 2nd message on 12/8 and stated I would be disputing the charge. Never received a response back, but low and behold the tracking updated and I received the package on 12/10.
I have started to use the product and actually enjoy it, but received a charge today for a "subscription". I never agreed to a subscription and have scoured their page looking for information on it. There is nothing there. I'll reach out again to customer service, but not having high hopes I'll get a response back.....
If you want to product buy it on Amazon instead of through the actually company

I love the flosser, it is the best I’ve had. The attachments are easy to use as well as the drops. It is easy to use and has become a daily part of my day. This flosser is a really great purchase!

I ordered my items in November. I ordered two units. We only opened one to see it and to see if it was what we wanted. Never used it! Sent an email to them explaining why we wanted to return them as they weren’t what we expected.
After two weeks I hadn’t heard from them. I called the number that was given on line. I tried to explain why we wanted to return the item and to see what I need to do to return. The gentleman on the line was quite rude with me then he hung up on me!
I finally got an email last week asking if I still wanted to return the items (almost 4 weeks later). I emailed back that I did and could I please get the shipping label or address to ship the products back. Still waiting!!
Now last night at 12:25 am I received an email thanking me for buying another set…yes they charged my account without permission and now I will have to send back all 4!!!
I am very angry and have started a dispute payment and possibly a fraud claim with my bank.
My advise to you all…beware!!!!

I have used the product 3 times so far and I am happy with the results. Good water pressure but not too much. The drops are great!

There is no transparency. This company put me on a subscription without consent. They stored my card info without permission, and they charged me for stuff that I never ordered. All I got were automated responses on email. I still haven't talked to a real person. I still haven't received my money back, and I never even got an apology. This company is terrible! Don't do business with them!!

I purchased a puursmile to use on holiday as I have a plug in from another brand for home use. Before I had a chance to use it I noticed I was charged an extra $50+ apparently I had without knowing subscribed to an ongoing subscription to have all attachments replaced monthly. I contacted them and have yet to have a satisfactory response. I’ll update you on that one. I tried the purrsmile for the first time last night and it seems so far to do everything it’s supposed to do. I’ll update you on that also further down the track.

Was enrolled in subscription that I did not authorize and being charged a monthly fee for products. Additionally I receive no emails about the orders and subscription.

Ordered 4. Then to my surprise without my knowledge they just charged me for more. I have attempted to contact them with zero response. Total fraud! Do not buy from this company!

What their teeth whitening kit for a $100? Supposed to come with free whitening drops. I only received the free whitening drops. Did not receive the kit. I've emailed them several times I get an automated response that says they're so-called team will look into it. This never happened. They basically stole $100 from me. Haven't heard from them in days.
They just say United States' postal service as the package was delivered. But it was not my only recourse is to file fraudulent charges with American Express. Do not buy this product. They are scam artists.

I want to say Customer Service from this company is some of the best I have ever had. When I had a dispute about charge for merchandise I intended to return, they refunded my money immediately. They could not have been kinder or more understanding. I have sung their praises to family and friends.

Wrote 3 times asking to return unopened package and no response.
If that wasn't bad...the company then attempted to bill me for more toothbrushes I never ordered.
Seems illegal.
I had to call my credit card company and open a formal dispute and prohibiting the credit card company from accepting any more PUUR purchase transactions.
Stay away.
This appears to be a very unethical company so beware!
